Well, the dwarven units look very good, albeit, the Runepriest looks a lot like the Heroes V priest... And the Hamster Archer looks too much like a heroes V archer with a hamster head. I can even post pictures if you want with what i mean but searching "Heroes V priest" and "Heroes V Archer" will get you what i mean.
Now, the Rhino thing is pretty good, it is something new and i kinda like it. It may be a construct of some kind. The bears also look good and very close to the pic in the official portal so it is nice. The only bad thing about the bear might be that it is overdecoraded.
Finally, the Valkyrie... i will have to see it from a better angle but so far i have my doubts about this unit... something feels odd...

Re-skinned angel? Because it really looks like a re-skinned angel... Let's hope it's champ tier at least.

enough with that "overdecorated" trend that goes around here! when did everyone become anna wintour???
the valkyrie looks odd since everyone was expecting a more ethereal presence but i like it looks like a flying dwarf to be honest

I don't think it is a reskined angel, and the odd is that it feels more cartoonish than the rest of the lineup. But again, i need to see it from a better angle and even better in a video to really see how the animations go and what she does. It does look like a female flaming dwarf yeah.
Chris, the bear is good. It is one of the units i do like in this lineup. But it has too much puzzle like bling

The Valkyrie doesn't seem much different from that concept-art. I guess it's not as Blazing Glory-ish though? But that's not a bad thing.

It is similar, except the shield and the armor, maybe on the screenshot it is the upgraded version of this fire spirit

I.. like it. As a matter of fact, I think it's design is lovely! It is not a reskin, so there is no need to worry there.
Hope it's champion tier, though elite can work if need be. Abilities is what I'm most interested in.
A bigger concern on my part is the beaver-man-thing. I don't know how to feel about that.

Yeah, that is something very odd.
But, ah, at least one should feel lucky it is not an all dwarf-faction.
I guess Limbic are catching up. Good. By the end of the development, it may turn out to be something. But it still does not explain half the decisions made to the game, nor the attitude towards the whole franchise.
Although, come to think of it, uploading this DLC may cause new bugs... who knows, maybe it is a risk to take, and maybe it ain't.

I'm not sure if making a unit out of a spoof week is a good idea... Otherwise, these units seem okay. Nothing to exciting, not much to complain about.

It's an armoured hamster with a crossbow. An. Armoured. Hamster. There is no possible way that could conceivably be negative in any reality.
another crossbow is a bit annoying but a small price to pay to get an ARMOURED HAMSTER!

... but does it fit a faction made by tough dwarves, fiery ladies and dragons, and even bears?
I mean, it may suit Academy or Sylvan better. Having a hamster in Fortress, it just feels a bit off.
