I guess there will never be person that is 100% satisfied with any game.
I was only referring to the flow of information and how it needs to be handled regarding this fanbase.

Hope this fan pressure won't drive devs away. We can be uncomfortable sometimes. But I really want new stuff for the site, I can't help it. Maybe there'll be a new entry tonight at least.

If you take a look at this you will see that fans don't really like to rush devs to finish game.

They could have done it the Japanese way and put the year before both, 2014/12/9.
They have now edited it. It just says December 9th now.

Ubisoft is a French company and this country - as well as most of the Europe - uses DD/MM/YYYY date system.
Personal Note: I feel confused every time I see "American" date format. What's the point of putting month before day?
