i would express humility in my victory if people didn't hate my choice so much, bluntly saying that is the worst thing ever happened in this world. it's infuriating. some didn't want to respect other peoples' choices, why now should i be humble?
no, we are past that. hating smth for the sake of hating and OVERREACTING brings those things onto you. he should have known better. i didn't say ever that sylvan is ruined if another line up won,neither i said i would be SERIOUSLY DEPRESSED if balance won.
i would not overreact or whine like crazy.i was ready for fury to lose from day one. but yeah i am the bad guy now. shame on me.
but i did have to endure comments that people knew would infuriate other people. and now suddenly everyone got sensitive and ask for humility. the answer is no. if you were going to act as kid expect the others to do that to you.
you don't like someone else's opinion?back it the f&^% up with arguments and don't insult that person and his choices.member jackson had the best reaction to this and i salute him. learn from him.

Moderator's note: Ok things do get a bit heated here, so please everybody try to tone the discussion down a bit. I do recognize your frustration with people talking trash about Fury, ChrisD, but please don't offend others back, that just escalates the situation.
I'll leave the thread open for now, but please remember that with the vote over, there's not too much point in starting a heated discussion over which line-up is best anymore, so if things go further downhill from here, I think I'll just close the topic.

I don't even like Sylvan all that much. If my preferred line up won, I'd think about playing them more. Since they didn't, then now I have units that I will enjoy killing, because I don't like them.

Something that has been swirling in my head over the past few days has been over the musical themes - specifically, the fact that if one is just popping into the town for a quick resupply or to upgrade one building, they're not planning to stick around for the whole tune. Rather, that they will only hear the first couple of bars. Let's say about 30 seconds worth. What does The Elven Coronation start with? Something that sounds sad, almost like a mourning dirge.
I may like the Sylvan lineup selection, and also like The Elven Coronation as a complete song, but when I think about the fact that most (including myself) are just going to hear that same sad start every time they pop into town to resupply, it is difficult to get enthused about the faction.

For me it sounds like slow start of amazing feast.
Rather than sad start.
