Yes, but Demons are mythological creatures, so whole Inferno falls under that category.

Maybe it is only fair that Inferno doesn't make it in the game following the one featuring 2 headed Cerberus

I am fairly certain that they have realized by now that it was a big mistake and that they would change that when they plan to release Inferno.
