Hmm, Actually the people who lost to me were all over lvl 200. 3 real attacks total, which all failed.

Not really, that's just lowbies running into the 4d LE wall. I even have 2d in my dungeon and that with the 3-wave.

I just hit lowbies around lvl 120-150 since I joined. They revenge and often fail to recognize the LE as the threat.

That 85% is probably 6/7 and who knows how many of those are trades? Possibly up to 3.


I think they may have improved dungeon def and not told anyone.  I know I made exactly 0 changes to my dungeon and my def rate doubled.

I also see a lot of other players with high def rate so it seems possible difficulty has been increased.

Or alternately so many people relied on green giant to carry the team that no one knows how to win with a nerfed one.

New drop rate is awful. The odds are already very low to gain something with more than two dots. The addictive part in the grindfest is to see the chest drop and have this small moment of hope that it may contain a 3+ dot creature inside, but with such scarce drop rate on chests it's becoming frustrating.

Roughly same as me then, the very few successful defenses I have are all real ones from players above level 200 as well.

The difference in defense is now totems work, before it didn't. Also for tower they fixed the way color bonus was suppose to work, it was broken before.

Why was the color bonus broken? You got roughly 30% better score from using the matching colors. Now you are pretty much forced to use the matching colors, because the bonus is so big, it's really silly.


Oh, totems didn't work and now they do? wow, that's not a change you sohuld mention in the patch notes at all. Better tell us all about all the ways the guild chat can get spammed now, but leave essential game mechanic changes undocumented. Ridiculous.

They definitely have some learning to do...as for the tower fix I actually like it. Before I would clear 1-50 using one team and another team for 51 and still end up top 1%. Now I have to use a bunch of different combinations of teams in order to get top 1%.

Totems previously did not work? Seriously? And to think this is not in the patch notes...What were they doing? If totems for work now... hopefully my defense will work as intended ?

Actually I think the better way to strengthen defenses would be to put back the creature drop rates like they were before. If more people get better defending creatures, the attacks will be more challenging thus more entertaining and rewarding.

Also I have a suggestion about the Battle Tower, let me know what you guys think about it: what about giving it cycles like quests events? Say the rewards remain the same for 49 and 51 but the rest could change from week to week. One week it would be more creatures drop, another week more totems and diamonds, another week more summon idols, tokens and tickets, you get the gist of it.

Thoughts?

I'm all in favour of drop rates that it was from the very beginning...2 kangaroos from 78 quick battle coins is simply ******* bull****.

We've been complainnig for months on how attack has it so much easier than defense and now it turns out, totems weren't working for defense all along. I'd call that a major f up

Well, it relaibly stuns one creature, but using a medium slot on a creature, which does basically no dmg isn't worth it. Certainly it isn't worth it to try to specifically farm that creature.

Lawl I've been farming them for three days straight
So before they were broken and dealing too much damage right?
I can fully awaken, but no 3 dots... 6 is a good level though, there is also the Wyvern and Hyena, Wildkin isn't bad is it?

Actually I need the kangaroo for my yellow wave...I'm short of a med ground creature u see...n the kangaroo being a stunner still fits the bill...

About totems: exactly. It was an issue in the fact that we invested so much time and gold in toteming creatures for nothing for months. Had we knew we'd have planned way differently.

That should really be documented in the patch. They shouldn't try to hide it out of shale or anything.
