Or increasing mana requirement with each cast could be the way to go. Doubling mana requirement for example.

But I like the cooldown idea as well it gives more diversity in casting.

Shouldn't skeleton transformer at least change mages, sea witches, ogre magis,zealots, Shamans => Into Liches.

I feel necro lost it's appeal with constant nerfing. Cloak of the undead king could raise wights buts that's a bit very late game stuff.

Cavalier into death knight would be also cool.

Even with Dragon> Bone dragon Bone/ghost dragons are pretty bad. I don't know what can be done about them. Once you transform the creatures you still have to pay to upgrade them etc which is a bummer.

I mean back in time, when I played huge szenarios, I would convert all lvl. 7 creatures of Dungeon, Rampart, Fortress and then Cove into Bone Dragons. You can gain large stacks pretty soon. Include Factory now into that. It's just a funny detail.
