I feel it a bit boring, so just to remind the facts:
Vance & Co fall to KGB dezinfo because they don't wish to be bothered with reality. The price for USA will be huge but in following years, not now. (This is a blow for USA, as they have their own secret service to read on.)
For EU it's a chance to get out of USA influence, make federation, be strong and happy. And it won't be easy.
Zelenskyj mandate is valid and it hardly can be changed by pre-election pools, when there are no elections planned.
Albeit, Zaluzny, might be a very good president after him. There I agree. It's also true that Zelenskyj is having quite enough of presidency but will try to hold on, as is needed in the war.

It's obvious to a trainee that Zelensky was set up with that Trump/Vance sitdown. Though the MAGATs denied that. I applauded the fact that Zelensky didn't give the Orange Buffoon his mineral rights deal. And Zelensky got a Heroes' welcome back in the U.K. Hooray for Ukraine, and keep supporting their cause everybody.

UK, France, Germany, are in no position of helping efficiently Zelenskyy except flattery. It's all communication out of despair.
He just said on Sunday he is ready to sign whatever and go back to negotiations, without further conditions. That's the thing with puppets, they have no choice but move as the one handling the strings wants to.

I expect Europe to rearm and have a non-crappy military force within the next several years, but the key phrase there is "within the next several years." Ukraine doesn't have time for that.

Trump is a noob but he is still doing better than what the UK is doing, which is basically trying to start WW3 with its most recent meeting with Zelensky. The prime minister just said they should consider putting boots on the ground in Ukraine. Absolutely insane.
Unless they mean dropping the prime minister into the battlefield via parachute. That is not a half bad idea.

Coming back to the 4 year old Guardian article (which is based on a book, mind you), with NATO being dead in the water now, since USA cannot be trusted anymore to keep to any treaty or deal or word (in fact, Trump threatens an allied NATO country to take part of its teritory by force), the Donald-Trump-the-Russian-asset claim has become more plausible. A lot more.
Even ITALY is disgusted - so much so, that they will very probably back down from the Starlink deal with Musk for their military and pick Eutelsat instead.

It kinda looks like kick, which EU needed and this time it works. 
As of a future it means that USA and Russia will be one block and EU and China the other one. Which also indicate that USA won't lift a finger to help Taiwan.
