Well, the totality of state medias in EU affirmed for 1 year long that Russia will fall economically, that Putin is ill in terminal phase, that Russians lack ammo and using chips from washing machines, that they fight with shovels, so I think 1st place in liars list is definitely ex-aequo.

USA is actually the single most corrupt country in the world. If you don't believe me, then read on. In Tennessee, in Smoky Mountains National Park, a black bear was struck by a car and killed while it was eating pancakes. A black bear eating pancakes is the sweetest thing imaginable, and then it got massacred by a vehicle. It is literally the saddest news story I have ever read in my entire life.

I do not want to be a sensationalist, but I do believe a nuclear response in this situation is warranted and morally justified.

There's more on the Russian braindrain problem, which is a serious long-term problem. 86% of Russians who left back in 2022 were under 45 and 80% had college degrees. More will leave in the future. You can be absolutely certain of that. Lots of Russians like to learn English, among other things. Any guess why? They are moving here, or to Maple Leaf Land, or somewhere westward in Europe, or to Israel, or Turkiye, or basically anywhere except Russia. Somewhere where they will have a good or at least decent paying job and won't be human fodder for a state that doesn't value them or care about them beyond their utility to kill.

That will far, far outweigh a couple million ethnic Russians in Ukraine being added to the population. Historically, once braindrain starts, it is difficult to reverse. It takes a couple of decades.

Don't ever seek a single bit of justice in such mayhems. They think they are on the verge (?). But what verge? Too bad that we cannot punish them right now. Yet they *will* believe in what they discarded.

Well, I tell you the ultimate truth - this war is needed no more. See how English can be exact and nice when you want to round edges and don't have a mood to pick an exact language. For starters I have this one word - Gehenna.

BTW, as far as the upcoming US election goes, what US intelligence is saying at the moment is that Moscow would prefer Trump and Tehran would prefer Biden (now Harris). And on that note, Biden recently stated that any assassination attempt on a former president (i.e. Trump) would be considered an open attack. That message was directed towards Tehran, whose proxies in Lebanon are currently getting bombed by the IDF. Iran would very much like to see a shift in US policy that is more hesitant to do military contracts with Israel, which is a very real possibility. Criticism towards Israel's campaign and the mounting dead bodies has gotten pretty bold among the blue parts of Congress. An over-aggressive Israel could pull the US in at some point if Iran does more than shoot crappily-made missiles that get shot down. Direct US involvement is bipartisanly unpopular among the Dems and GOP, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. A serious threat to the Israeli state would trigger a military response. Not just intel and technical support or airstrikes, but actual army.

On that same note, Michigan is a critical swing state for the Dems this November, and Michigan has a large Muslim population who are mad at the current administration for supplying Israel and may abstain from voting, which means the Dems lose votes and quite possibly lose the election as a result.

With Ukraine-Russia, it is the other way around, since Trump wants to make a deal to make that war end. He probably won't succeed for reasons I already talked about last page, but it is something Russia would be warm to if they got their recently annexed territory. Ukraine would overwhelmingly disagree and if push came to shove they would try to rely more on the EU for ammunition, tanks, jets, etc., and long-range missiles, if they can ever get them approved.

Oh, also, as of this Fall, N Korea has actual boots on the ground in Ukraine now. North Korean military personnel active in a war on the European continent. Yup yup. That is where we are at right now. Currently, they're engineers who will get live experience and then probably go home as trainers.
