Because the people who have forcefully not allowed an election to happen in Gaza in over 15 years are fighting for democracy and equality. That checks out. Their example is nothing less than deeply inspiring.
Also, Article 7 of the Hamas charter is what personally warms my heart when it comes to their love for equality:
The Day of Judgment will not come about until Moslems fight Jews and kill them. Then, the Jews will hide behind rocks and trees, and the rocks and trees will cry out: 'O Moslem, there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him." (Article 7)
Sheer poetry. You can see in every syllable their unbridled love for equality and fraternity. I believe that this article is speaking metaphorically about how that they are going to overwhelm the Jews with so much love, that the Jews are going to go into a sort of symbolic cardiac arrest and then die from ecstasy. We have been misunderstanding them this entire time.

The Israeli government does not give a **** about what happens in Gaza. Egypt does not give a **** about what happens in Gaza. Nobody (de facto) cares about them. They aren’t recognized as a country and they also aren’t a part of the Israeli government since the place has been walled off for years. Hamas runs the place from within, and they have explicitly not allowed an election in over 15 years. Gaza is in a legally undefined area and that means that if the IDF incinerates a Gazan baby, nothing happens. There are zero consequences.
Cenk Uygur had the right approach imo which I posted on page 11, but that is not going to happen.

To my knowledge, the term that is more common right after the French Revolution was the terror which was referring to the new regime which decapitated every one including the revolutionaries themselves. Terrorist is relatively new in common use. But the etymological dictionary says it exists:
Terrorist: In the modern sense, 1944, especially in reference to Jewish tactics against the British in Palestine — earlier it was used of extremist revolutionaries in Russia who attempted to demoralize the government by terror (1866); and Jacobins during the French Revolution (1795) — from French terroriste; see terror + -ist (also see terrorism).
Erdogan havent called them freedom fighters per se. He said they were not terrorists but a group of mucahits (jihadists). But he meant that in a good way! To be fair, he was trying to keep a balanced tone about the whole thing but the opposition hit him on his "so called muslim sensitivities and brotherhood." It is mostly a show off for domestic politics.

That article you quoted is an actual hadith (word of Muhammed), according to Islamic sources, he famously said that the world wont end before Jews and Muslims have a great war and in that war the Muslims will be glorious and there will be so much death that the rocks and trees will shout "come, look behind me, there is a jew, kill him." What a lovely prophet figure, isnt he, almost Socratic!

Now there are some TikTok influencers and college students on US campuses who are speaking in solidarity with Hamas. It brings me so much comfort (nay, rather joy) to see these people united with the cause of love, of liberty, of freedom, and of justice. It brings Hamas back to its earthy roots and of their deep commitment to rolling in blossoming fields of flowers. This Shakespearean article speaks to Hamas' deep love for peace and dialogue with others:
"[Peace] initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement... Those conferences are no more than a means to appoint the infidels as arbitrators in the lands of Islam... There is no solution for the Palestinian problem except by Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are but a waste of time, an exercise in futility." (Article 13)
When I got to the part where it said "Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are but a waste of time" it made me think about how hard Hamas has tried to negotiate a constructive solution to the conflict. I cried, and it made me angry that there are not more college students protesting in solidarity with this organization. Where is the love? Where is the kindness? My heart bleeds.

A 2 state solution means that the 700 thousand+ illegal settlers in the West Bank would have to leave. They are never going to do that. Most of these people are also the same people who vote for pro-expansion politicians. Again, there's even a guy in the current cabinet who has self-identified as a fascist. So, that is the kind of decay that now exists at the highest level in Israel's power structure.
But nobody can really do anything about it, because Israel has an advanced military and they also have nuclear weapons. Even if the US suddenly stopped giving them money (which is also not going to happen irl, because that is against their self-interest in the region by having Israel as a check against Iran and others), they would still be unbeatable compared to a group of noobs like Hamas. They don't need to come up with a solution when they can just easily beat the other person in an arm wrestling contest.

I knew West Bank, but Palestine could give to Israel, and Israel gives their plot to Palestine gets larger Gaza. It's my opinion. In reality Israelis can stay in West Bank, when Palestine owns West Bank and Gaza. Yes also the other foreigns can live in West Bank or Gaza. It looks ugly.. Ok, if not done like Crimea in the future. Israel doesn't do this! Why? Since 1967.. Their strategy without war.. Ok, Finland supports two state.. So me too.. Think postivite..

They're not missing. They're kidnapped. And while some humanitarian aid has entered Gaza and many countries demand a cease fire to pour in more aid, they haven't even been visited by the Red Cross. And nobody sets up a vote to get that done, let alone free them.

What would the Islamic think Bilal Bin Rabah's Mosque was destroyed in Gaza, when in there Koran, for example.. Israel burned Koran in principle.. What would Israel think their historics have been destroyed? I remember that Islam doesn't like Western Wall.. Ok our the Church is worthless, but Islam and Israel..
