It's really difficult to take a strong pro-Palestinian stance while an illegitimate government has control of so much territory (it isn't exclusively Hamas in Gaza btw... there are terrorist groups active in the West Bank as well).
But, here is currently the predicament:
1: If the Israelis laid down their arms tomorrow, the sequel of the Holocaust would begin. That is not a hysterical or fear-mongering supposition. Hamas has explicitly stated that they want to exterminate them.
2: If Hamas laid down their arms tomorrow, Hamas would be removed as the illegitimate government and the bombings would stop.
See the difference? I know that it is very, very subtle. Super subtle and nuanced. Holocaust versus no holocaust.
I am not using that to morally justify Israel's bombings because I've already stated that there are alternatives, but just to show that these two sides are not equivocal to one another. It is not accurate to say that one is the same as the other.

But today, just lol.
Can only support 4 wounded people. You imagine the cost of such military operation - these guys are the biggest losers ever.

The stated reason it is there is to provide humanitarian relief.
The purpose of the aircraft carriers in the Eastern Mediterranean is so that countries like Lebanon are aware of that fact. Nobody wants what is happening in Israel to become a wider conflict. So they're like, "Yeah, we are... uhh... sending it there to provide humanitarian relief." France has a large Arab/N. African population who are strongly pro-Palestinian or in some cases pro-Hamas.
Or maybe France is as dumb as we are and likes to spend millions of dollars on nothing in particular. But, there is probably more than one reason why it is there.
What I don't understand is why France shut down pro-Palestinian protests after Oct 7th. I guess cause they don't want a second wave of riots this year, but imo that is just burying and compressing a bunch of gunpowder that is waiting to go off. Is this a normal thing in France or is it more recent? I've been told that Macron is pretty heavy-handed.

For unknown reasons, I somehow watched this entire interview with Mohammad Hijab and Rabbi Shmuley. I was mesmerized I guess. This interview is an example of why Israel/Palestine are completely screwed in terms of peace:

It looks like there is no way out of this one.
Billions of people and entire species of humanity are on the table here and some refuse to get along.
If my concern or knowledge mattered I would be asking questions. It seems like it's not up to me. I hope there is good power on top of this. I hope this is God's property.
This world has what it takes to improve all kinds of stuff and keep progressing and make more communities. If we could learn to work together and move along this bread of life down to future generations for more and more lives this planet could be sustainable place for much happiness
I choose to hope and believe the reason it's messed up is because God is in control and the act of life is nothing but going through some deep Spirit filtration.

You tried to assassinate Zelenskyj just from the beginning, as for the food poisoning or flying out of the windows, that's uncanny russian specialty. That's now, before it was novichok. In future it's probably to being smothered with bit of meat, that season already started.
Israel is not West. And Hezbollah and Hamas are his enemies, so getting them out of the way, with using their own failures, it's ok.

Pol: The problem with people brainwashed by RuZZian propaganda is that you cannot convince them otherwise. In fact, the chance to de-convert a Jehovah's Wittness has several orders of magnitude higher chance to succeed.
Heck, if I came to Benand smacked him (while stating previously multiple times that I intend to eradicate him), then he started beating the crap out of me in return and me running away crying that I am being unfairly beaten, everyone would condemn me for starting it in the first place (especially considering my previous statements about his eradication).
But switch Hamas instead of me and switch Israel instead of Ben and for our Putin lovers the situation dramatically changes in an instant without realising the facts. Or more probably, wilfully ignoring the facts. Based on my previous discussions with pro-RuZZian colleagues it's definitely the latter.

We have to make a difference between Israel and their current government - same way we have to make difference between Russia and their current government. As paradoxical as it may sound, but Netanyahu is the fascist type - the opposition was lining up against him, demonstrations were held against him and his proposed changes to the constitution - but then the Hamas attack happend, and all opposition drowned in the all-encompassing wave of national unity (and the fear to be called a nest fouler.
So at this point ISRAEL has to get rid of Natanyahu - as Russia has to get rid of Putin - to turn the page. The Netanyahu government called all the shots alone, without consultation with Israel's allies, so they should face the situaation without support, since all the problems there are of Israel's singular making. As opposed to that, Zelensky obviously consults with the west - he does NOT takle the missiles and fires them into Russia, he asks whether he's allowed to.
Big difference.
Netanyahu should feel isolated - it's high time to express solidarity with Israel and the people there, but to also express displeasure with the way their government handles things.
Of course, with the USA having an election in 2 months time it will be impossible to illicit a definitive statement from either candidate that might alienate a voter, so the situation will remain this way at least until then, although I'm quite sure that Harris will nory shy away from making that point, once elected.
Until then, others must express their displeasure with the way the Israeli government is handling this.

People outside Israel have the wrong idea about Netanyahu. He's not a fascist. Neither is he a fanatic. He is a pragmatic. Unfortunately, his pragmatism is geared towards one end and one end only - remaining in power. Has been for a long time now. And since the only ones who'll support him are the religious right wing, he pushes right wing agendas.
So yes, much like Putin, Netanyahu was in power for too long and needs to be removed in order for his country to move forward.
