I agree that a Dragon Utopia should be brought back, as Dragons are a vital part of the game. But a whole city with Dragons in it? There are too many, in H3, in H4, there are only 3 dragons. Increasing the number of Dragons would make them redundant.
A Dragon Rider hero sounds good though.

I think Centaur Captains are the best level 1, except pikemen beat normal centaurs, since they only have 8 hp.

I personally hope there will be. Trolls are pretty good creatures, and if they were to appear in H4, they will be a neutral, since the Stronghold castlelineup (like all the castles) has been decided.
Trolls are a vital part of the Heroes series, just like Crag Hack and Sandro are.

I think that's an excellent idea, BlueGreen, it'll make the game look more lifelike (which i want it to be).
It's too late for Homm4, and i don't think they're ready for such drastic changes already.
I think it should be implemented in Heroes 5 (if there is going to be one and if were still discussing the issue)

Mighty Gorgons are easily the best creature of the 5th level. They can even beat Cyclops from the stronghold town which is a level6.
But even without the death stare it is the best on a one-on one.

I say that Wyverns are not the worst creature in level 6, but not the best in the game by a loooooong shot(they can easily beat a cyclops, one on one, and have a good chance against and efreet, manticore (which could be beaten by a Minotaur King Sometimes) and a unicorn.
It doesn't matter about all the stats, only some. If you have 1 higher attack skill, but the other one does more damage, in a one on one, the one who does more damage would win.
But Wyverns aren't that bad, since they have that poisoning technique.

I don't really like the idea of upgrading your creature 5 times to get a better one. If you have 5 upgrades, in 4 levels and 8 creatures, it is going to get a bit much, and will be focused on getting one type of upgrade.
I think the creatures would be too redundant, and you would pay like 1000 dollars for a structure upgrade.
You can't say i'm for the idea.

Hydras and Chaos Hydras are obviously my favourite creature. When against a pack of imps, a Chaos Hydra does about 350 damage!
That is the most in the game, and when in a 5 on 5 against Archangels, the Hydras win, they lose about 3 or 4.
But they also look cool, 5 heads (7 heads in Mythology) make them appealing to me.

I like both Gold and Black Dragons, the other ones are just a different colour to the rest of them.
But Gold Dragons are the best dragons. I always do a one on one-Beastmaster against Beastmaster- Goldies always win.

3do said that there would be no redundancy of creatures, and yet, there are 4 dragons! That's just as many as in Heroes 3!(If you don't include Wyvern and Hydra)
And i know that the Wyvern isn't going to be in H4, but as Oldtimer said, a Wyvern is just a mini dragon, and a fairy dragon sounds like it's going to be a mini dragon.
That would make them basically the same.
I also think Dragon Golem is teasing the Dragons out a bit too. I think there are too many dragons used. maybe just have a Bone, and a Black.
I think they should include the Wyvern and scarp the Fairy Dragon. I'm not very fond of the idea that there is going to be a Fariy Dragon.
