Cleave gives you a second attack if you manage to kill an enemy stack. With positive morale you can indeed attack up to 3 times with the same creature during the round.

nooo it doesn't! in my example I wasted 20 minutes of my life! How about the guys that keep choosing necro although anyone would win but they still want to be masters of demo?
You should make him play a mirror match: choose Haven as well. See how he likes it playing when both sides have an invulnerable stack.

@zenofex: it wasn't that. He did it with the snake-like guy of sanctuary to my ravegers that didn't die but he attacked 3 times (actually 6 times as he hit 1+2+3 times)
@borsuk: If i dealt like that with every child that acts like that I would have wasted much more time!

You should have said this earlier (and you should have checked the unit abilities better); this is the "Four waves" ability. The unit strikes more times, but it doesn't act more times (no movement or so, just attack), that's why we haven't figured it earlier...

AS more as i think about H6, i come to the conclusion that it should have been in 2D, or it will never beat H3 for me.
It might become a good game , sure, but it probably won't replace my all beloved H3.5 (WoG).
.. i dream of a H7 in 1900X1200 and in 16 million colors, with 12 factions and touzends of artefacts
Ah well, i will buy H6 anyway, just to see if i'm at least a little wrong.

It's only logically that the Inferno gauge is raised more slowly then it does for the other factions, Since Gating imo is more powerful.
I must say I really adore the balance between the various Inferno heroes when it comes to gating.
Chaos Lord can raise the gauge faster with their Mark of Chaos (which I ****ing love! ) thus gaining reinforcements more quickly.
Hellcaller gain more gated units, and that is pretty obvious why that's awesome.
Demonist's advanced ability is really nice, since it allows the gated units to act as 'shield' for the original stacks. This is so good considering the fact that if the original stack dies the gated units go away. :/
Pyromancer might be benefiting the least from gating, but since they are supposed to be more destructive(which they're not atm.) their gated units don't need to be that special. They only need to occupy the opponent anyway.
I love gating!!

Gating is powerful but pales in comparison with Necromancy which also fills its gauge faster.

Hey if you have great leadership then Haven's gauge fills up pretty quick too, especially in Slava's campaign where you get lots of leadership artifacts.....

Is this Actually a bug that will be fixed or is it an proper ingame feature..
and does it fill up everytime an enmy has Good luck or only if your enemy is Inferno aswell.
Also some tools that suppose to make the game harder, make th game more easier in my eyes.
Like the faster creep growth.
Sadenly I do not have a problem to reach a level of 20 in my games

As stated before, the inferno's gauge fills up when either of the armies had good luck. nothing more, nothing less. And it is not a bug.
Speaking of inferno, I just won my 8th consecutive online duel with them! They are just amazing! By the way my last game was against a "guy" named magistr40 who did the usual bug with haven that resurrects a stack which is undefeated after that.... and of course... he kept playing!

1 leadership = 1% chance to have good morale, so unless you equip 3 times the relic that gives +8 leadership it won't have a huge impact

So if you're up against a demon hero, don't go for luck then? Sounds a little wierd....I would understand if the demon hero's gating guage increased with his own luck but not on the opposing hero...
@Nelgirith -> is it 1%? Can't be, I felt it was around 5% for each leadership point.

What do you mean "don't go for luck then?"? you confused me!
YOUR gauge fills when YOU or ANY opponent has a GOOD LUCK hit.
* by the way 9/9 victories with inferno

Oh yes, of course but this is the situation for both. Both will think that and both will have to risk. An honestly? I have some hundreds of online games with tribes of the east. I played mirror map only once...

The way I see it it is all about luck. No one knows if at the end the opponent of necro wants 2-3 more lucky strikes or not.
2 examples.
Haven vs Necro
a) Angels ready to attack pitlords. They kill 3-4 and with a lucky strike they kill 5-6. Right after that another hard hitting creature from haven (blazing glory, riders etc) do exactly the same, they normally kill 2-3 and with luck 4-5. (totally at around 4 extra kills for just half the gauge to go up.
b) your last one creature in the stack of griffins hit an enemy infernal creature so they waste their retaliation. Here a lucky strike is totally against haven and in favor of inferno.
so it all depends
