Hey guys, i created this post so you can chat about the PUBLIC beta, the issues, constructive criticism, Thoughts, anything you like or hate about the beta, also feel free to discuss online strategies.
There is no NDA on the public beta so talk about anything you want about the beta

It's not up on Steam and the forums are undergoing maintenance. They must be adding new hats to the forums or something. They should be up at 1, because that's when I have to go back to work.

Even if you manage to get your download it's 70kb/s with 4,3gb file which is automatically calculated as 17 hours straight. Plus download speed is rapidly decreasing 5kb/s per 20 min :X

When did you guys get your keys? I preordered from the Ubishop days ago and I didn't even get an email confirmation of the order, let alone a beta key. :\
Looks like the US customers are getting screwed again

im at 700 kb/s your computer must be slow

The same thing that happens with 99% of every other beta that has ever been released on this planet. 6 million people try to download it all at the same time.
My suggestion is to just wait another 4-5 hours before trying or wait until there wouldn't be as much stress (as in early morning)

we downloaded the closed beta in much much higher speeds. there is NO way it has a speed limit. give it time and you will see
