As Christian left the tent, he figured he go to the blue tent and see what the sience was doing and if he/she needed any help.

“I’d like a Potion, a Paralyze Heal, a Burn Heal, two Pokeballs and a Great Ball please,” she told them.

Misty looks at the Egg and the Spectral ball sadly and tells the clerk. "3 potions, 3 Antidotes, 3 Paralyze Heals, and one greatball please"
She keeps the remaining 600pd she has in case somebody in the group needs it.

The zombie rises from the grave and lumbers towards the door... an assortment of men and women look briefly at it and return to what they were doing. Food. the zombie methodically opens its backpack and takes out a sandwich. walking out into the light draloed's senses are fully operational. realising the presence of a grey tent he has never seen before he stumbles in with a skittering Sting behind him. inside he sees mina and misty. with the latter looking at an impressive pokemon egg. "good morning mina and misty" ((i hope morning is))

Christian:
You head into the blue tent and see the scientist. She is at work examining a Red Shard. As you walk in, she turns around and greets you:
"Good evening. What can I do for you?"
You ask her how you can help her. She smiles and replies:
"Well, I'm collecting Shards of different colors. Rumor has it that if you can find all of the Shards of one color, you can create a machine that manipulates the weather. You can help me by bringing me any Shards you find in your journey."
She pauses for a moment and continues:
"Of course, I'm not asking you to do it for free. If you collect enough Shards, I'll give you special prizes. I'd show you the list, but I seem to have misplaced it. I should have found it by the next time we meet."
She then asks:
"Now then, can I help you with anything?"

Mina, Misty:
The merchants fill out your orders and hand you your respective items.
One of the merchants notices Misty's look of sadness and remarks:
"We'll still be here for a few more days. Perhaps you'll have enough money by then."
He smiles and moves over to Draloed, who has just arrived.

“Bye guys! I’ll see you later!” Mina called back to Misty and Draloed as she left the tent a short time later ((to leave time for conversation if necessary  )).
“Well Pichu, I guess we better head over to the tournament now. You be good for the tournament people, okay?”
“Pichu!” the hatchling agreed.
Mina headed off to the red tent to swap out her team for her rentals and find out what the next round’s matchups were going to be.

Mina:
You reach the red tent and hand one of the Breeders your regular Pokémon. You then receive the rental Pokémon. Afterwards, you notice a pin-up on the wall. It reads:

draloed turns toward the merchant and asks "how much does this egg cost and what pokemon is it?"
after a brief conversation draloed learns that it is priced at 4000 poke and he empties his pockets... "around 3700" Draloed frowns and tries to haggle "4000? that is pretty steep for an egg i don't know about... how about i give an item to you as well... prehaps a *draloed rummages through pockets* leaf stone?"

Draloed:
The merchant looks at you and says:
"I don't know what's in this egg, to be honest. ((It's not a Magikarp though...I wouldn't be that mean.  ))"
You then show him the Leaf Stone and he takes a look at it.
"Wow! A Leaf Stone. Hmmm..."
He weighs the Leaf Stone in his hand, looks at you, weighs the Stone some more.
For several more seconds, he keeps on repeating these same actions. He then decides:
"2500PD and the Leaf Stone for the Egg?"

Misty looks at Draloed and smiles. "Good luck with your efforts. If you need, I can loan you some and you pay me back. I got 600. After the tournament I hope to have enough for it or the spectral pokeball." ((I'll stick around to see if he wants the loan, then back to the tournament  ))

"The guy is ripping you off!" Christian said as he entered the grey tent, he had taken his goodbye and left the blue on. "That is a magicarp egg and I can't see that a magicarp is worth 2500 PD and one leaf stone."

((You wrote me into a corner! You know, you were exploring the tents at night, they were buying during the next day! Ok...time to fix this. ))
You leave the blue tent and decide to head to the inn for the night.
Upon arriving at the inn you notice that most of the rooms are taken, but manage to find one room near the corner of the inn.
Once you tell the innkeeper of your quest, he refuses to accept any form of payment, so your stay is free.
You sleep for what seems to be an eternity and awake around 8:30AM, grabbing a bite to eat, and then heading towards the gray tent.
Once you arrive at the tent, you see a teenager not much younger than yourself ((Mamgaeater's character)) buying the Pokémon Egg from the merchant.
((Cue conversation from the previous two posts))
The merchant then listens to your exchange and says, irate:
"You're calling me a scammer?!"
Vorlen, the one named merchant from your caravan comes over and calms him down. He then chastises his partner, saying:
"Even you don't know what the Egg contains. For all you know, it DOES contain a Magikarp and Christian is right."
The merchant sobers up as Vorlen turns to Christian, saying:
"We'll see what the Egg holds though. If it contains a Magikarp, then that lad can have a full refund, deal?"
As he waits for your answer, one of the tournament organizers enters the gray tent and calls you over, saying:
"Christian! You need to be present at the tournament today, since you're in the backup list. Just show up and mingle in the crowd."
He leaves the tent, mumbling to himself as he left:
"That's the last one...so many backup entries this year."

Christian:
You head off to the tournament grounds located a little to the north of the village. You realize that you have passed through here before as you enter the area. There are four circular arenas evenly spaced out throughout the nearby countryside.
It is about 9:30AM as you arrive. There are crowds of people gathered waiting for the matches to start. A man with a suit grabs a microphone and speaks into it, while walking up a podium:
"Welcome to the second day of the Battle Festival!!!"
The crowd goes wild as the announcer continues:
"In a half hour, the quarterfinal matches will begin. Who will reign victorious?"
The crowd keeps on cheering as the announcer steps down from the podium. People in the crowd start chatting about various subjects.
You pick up bits and pieces of information about a certain group of Trainers that has helped the region out recently by destroying one of Team Bandra's bases. Apparently, they are also competing in this tournament.
((Stopping here to give the others some time to reach the tournament grounds...hopefully the second day can start tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest. ))
