Fate, Dove and Spencer look at the slaver group. There are about 8 Tyrasins and the captain.
They wait for a moment until the first Tyrasin throws a net towards one of the Gastlys and then exclaim simultaneously:
"Now!"
Fate sends out Croconaw! ((2 level ups...I DID mention this, right? Right after we passed through the rift... I hope so))
Dove sends out Bayleef!
Spencer sends out Sandslash!
Fate takes a moment to comment:
"Wow where did you get that Pokémon?"
Spencer just smiles and mentions:
"We should hurry...look at your Pokédex to see what I mean."
As Fate looks at his Pokédex, he realizes that dark energy is starting to accumulate on all of the non-Spectral Pokémon sent out. He also notices that the Gastly themselves are also Shadowed, as are the Tyrasins. The only one unaffected by all of this seems to be Pryath.
"He's a Spectral.", pointed out Fate, in a half-questioning way.
Zorpaleus nods, confirming Fate's thoughts as he rushes out to attack.

Grimer uses Mud-Slap!
A Tyrasin is hit for 4 damage!
Tyrasin's accuracy drops by one level!
Grimer's Shadow Gauge increases by 2%!
((Ok, waiting on other orders...then I'll post the NPC attacks))

"Tyrogue, fake out that... fire thingy!" Christian said with a lack of words to describe the captain. Christian then shouted to his friends "Keep that fire pokémon alive, and atleast one of the tyrasin! I want to capture one of each of them!"

Mina was more than a little nervous. A portion of her problem was Oodramer himself: she’d never actually battled with him before, and when she thought about him part of her still started gibbering about zombies without the use of serious repression. It didn’t help that she’d only really been around him when she fed her team due to using rentals so much over the last few days.
Another portion of her problem came from the part of her trying to compensate for the gibbering part. She knew Tyrogue was a Fighting type, and while she couldn’t say the same for this evolution with any certainty thanks to the dratted glitching Pokedex, it was still a strong possibility. She also had enough experience to know that as a Normal type, Oodramer was in trouble if they landed a hit. The part of her trying to compensate wanted to make sure Oodramer didn’t suffer as a result of her unease—it was not, after all, his fault. Unfortunately he was her only Spectral type at the moment, and as much as she disliked sending him out into a fight he had a type disadvantage in, she liked the idea of the rest of her team getting Shadowed even less.
"Keep that fire pokémon alive, and atleast one of the tyrasin! I want to capture one of each of them!"
She pushed her unease away to focus on the fight; she saw Christian had the Captain distracted; since he wanted it so bad she decided to leave him to it, and in the mean time she’d wipe out most of Pyrath’s grunts before they could escape or manage to organize a counterattack.
Mina swallowed, summoning vestiges of bravado as she turned to Oodramer. “Okay, Oodramer,” she gestured towards one of the Tyrasin, “Vortex!”

Misty looked over the field and was hesitating. Though growlithe was higher level and over all stronger, it's attacks would do only half damage. Hedge was much weaker due to level, though. Both only took half damage from fire attacks..sighing she threw out Hedge.
"Hedge sand-attack" maybe if wouldn't matter if the accuracy was nil.

The Tyrasins are poisoned!
Pyrath is unaffected!
Grimer's Shadow Gauge increases by 2%!
Zorpaleus looks at Christian and comments:
"While it is possible, I don't think you're going to be able to capture that captain. Also, how are you going to make him obey afterwards?"
Zorpaleus uses Spectral Spear on a Tyrasin!
The attack connects, knocking out the already wounded Tyrasin.
((One down, 7 more to go.))
Oodramer uses Vortex! ((roll = 11))
Tyrasin is hit for 40 points of damage!
It's super effective!
Tyrasin is trapped in the Vortex!
As the Vortex connects, you notice that part of the Tyrasin starts glowing.
Zorpaleus notices this and remarks:
"Switch targets! Leave the glowing one alone!"
Confused as to the request, the trio of Helnith Trainers, nevertheless, follows the order.
Croconaw uses Water Gun! ((roll = 33))
Tyrasin C ((A is down, B is glowing)) is hit for 17 points of damage!
Shadow Gauge +2%!
Bayleef uses Razor Leaf! ((roll = 9!))
Critical hit!
Tyrasin is hit for 41 points of damage!
Tyrasin C faints!
Shadow Gauge +2%!
((2 down, 1 glowing, 5 to go))
Hedge uses Sand-Attack!
The Tyrasins are blinded!
Accuracy down 1 level!
Pyrath is unaffected!
Shadow Gauge +2%!
Sandslash uses Body Slam! ((roll = 3?))
Tyrasin's Shadow Cloak allows it to dodge the attack!!

The slaver group composes itself. Pyrath then glares at the Tyrasins and says:
"Destroy them! Destroy them all!"
((Interlude to breathe before they attack... ))
((Inhale, exhale, inhale...))
As the Tyrasins move to attack, the glowing one stays behind. Pyrath takes out a whip and says:
"Attack!"
He attempts to whip the Tyrasin with it, but it moves away, stabbing one of the other Tyrasins from behind. As the fellow assassin faints, Zorpaleus grins, commenting:
"I figured as much."
He leaves the comment hanging, as the other Tyrasins move in for the attack!
Tyrasin E ((D got owned  )) uses Whiplash on Zorpaleus!
Zorpaleus is hit for 3 points of damage! ((roll = 41))
Zorpaleus is hit for 3 points of damage! ((roll = 32))
Zorpaleus is hit for 2 points of damage! ((roll = 64))
Zorpaleus was hit 3 times!
It's not very effective...
Tyrasin F uses Poison Dagger on Zorpaleus!
Zorpaleus is unaffected!
Tyrasin G uses Spider Web on Zorpaleus!
Zorpaleus is trapped!
Tyrasin H uses Bullet Punch on Zorpaleus!
Zorpaleus is hit for 4 points of damage!
It's not very effective...
Pyrath uses Ether Slash on Zorpaleus!
Zorpaleus is hit for 28 points of damage!
Dark energy attempts to cling onto Zorpaleus...
But, Zorpaleus is not affected...

"Lets see what these guys condision is" Christian mumbles and uses his pokédex on every single one of the tyrasin and Pyrath. He turns to Zorpaleus and says "Leave the taming problem to me!" he then turns to Tyrogue and calls him back "I have no futher use of you here in the spectral dimension. Scyther, come out and use false sweep on Pyrath!"

Was…was that me—was that us? Or was that the Tyrasin?
Shaken to the core, Mina could only watch with something like horror at the potential terror she may or may not have unleashed as the Tyrasin began to glow.
Then she watched on in confusion as the glowing one backstabbed one of its compatriots.
Wait…was that good??
The chaos continued, and Mina noticed Christian seemed to be distracted from the captain as the slavers swarmed Zorpaleus. Not good; he was their leader, and the most obviously powerful of the bunch. And Christian’s efforts hadn’t seemed to have damaged Pyrath much, either; she felt he could use some help.
“Oodramer, Bubblebeam him!” Mina called, pointing to Pyrath. That attack at least she knew, having been on the receiving end of it. ((He’s got 74 health left, he better be able to take a single hit from it. )) She was extremely leery of using Vortex again, not wanting to cause more havoc than she nearly had.

The Captain looks around and realizes that the battle is pretty much over. He pulls out a horn and blows on it.
Zorpaleus says:
"I have a very bad feeling about this."
Pyrath responds:
"Yes, you should. You consort with these filthy humans. You die as well."
Pyrath starts running away from the battle!
The Tyrasins, left commander-less, stare at each other, and decide to hold their ground.

"Hang in their Hedge. Scratch attack!" Misty touched the pokeball and eyed the pokemon running away. She thought about it for a moment, she could call out her pokemon in front of the thing, but it would get a free attack..still that could slow it down. She just didn't want to know what happened to pokemon that got knocked out in this dimension. She lowered her hand..too risky.
