If you inspect the blue thing right next to the guy with a black shirt, you'll see "oatari" written in katakana. Why would that be there?
Edit: Now that I look at it closer, it seems that the character I previously thought to be "o" is a bit more like the Chinese character for "large."
"Atari" I can understand as it is that big brand name, but it doesn't make sense to write it in katakana when you have a perfectly good logo that portrays the name. Why would you put that Chinese character there anyway? Is it read "daiatari?"
Brb, gotta do some googling.

You guys! I think it might be newspaper headline or something! There is something written before the "oatari" or "taiatari" that is composed of the arabic numeral "50" a chinese character that looks like it's either the character for "ten thousand," "minute" or that one symbol wich is used as a counter for money in Japanese and then something that is deninittely the character for "human."
Either it says: "500 000 people, something," "Fiftyminute-man, something," or "50yen-man, something." Whatever it says, it either is about 500 000 people, a TV chef or a prostitute. I've got a feeling that this "oatari" is somekind of an accident, a death or a yard sale.
