Version 3.808f - Changelog?
First of all, thanks for the new 3.808f Version.
What im missing though is a changelog*.
Anyone knows what was changed in this version?
besides the new stretchfilters wich puzzle me alot. Description wtb
*Since old settings are wiped, i personally hate it to dig into the new inis to adapt again. Seeing what was changed helps alot to decide wether to upgrade or not. And what option to activate and wich not.

Hey. Not sure where to post them bug reports, so may as well try here:
Neutral PvP combat bug:
When CPU hero controlled by another player wins the battle and levels up, the game loops while both players get the message "Waiting for the computer player to pick a levelup" (or sth like that). The only option is to force exit via alt+F4.

I always enjoy reading change-logs that's HMM3 related. Anyhow, thanks for 3.808, Bara. You always find ways to improve HMM3. Also, even though I don't play Era myself, I think it's a really good thing that you try to keep good compatibility with it. A better supported Era only makes for a stronger collective HMM3 community.

focus on the 'll' in the text
So, I have to question HD mod defaulting to the new UltraSal filter because it seems to be rather rough on the text as can be seen above. It seems to 'eat' bits out of some of the letters. However, to be exact, at some source sizes the chosen filter cannot fix the text not looking optimal just because of the fact that some source sizes works better than others depending on the monitor. But UltraSal always seems rough on the text to me while Bilinear Sharper doesn't.

The COMMANDER ICON in the hero screen IS NOT ACCESSABLE !!!
Can you make the next update and fix this bug ?

It's highly recommended play ERA instead pure WoG.
Don't know how it in wog but it's alright with COMMANDER ICON in ERA with latest HD

Yes I have the icon ok.
Can I ask if possible to have "move view" erm command to go middle of screen? I don't know why, but is shifted on left side in HD.

So, bilinear sharper x2 is still the recommended option in general? Or should I use one of the new options? (I got a dual core CPU with 2x 2,20 GHz)
Recently, I posted some suggestions here and would be interested in your opinion especially about the F5 buttons. Are there plans to integrate them into the normal adventure menu?

I use the bilinear x3, find it clear enough, and also the scale 2x + bilinear sharper seems just fine, kind of like the above bilinearx3, but a bit more rafined.
I prefer the bilinear3x to the bilinear2x though.
The rest are too "filtered"/smooth for my preference, and as i noticed require a very fast processor, especially the last one, xBRZ+bicubic Q.
So many choices..good to have them, tough to make them

Pretty much what jacktrades_nbk said. I'd choose the Bilinear Sharper filter for the best authentic graphics. That is, what looks closest to having no stretch filter on.

However, can you make an update, which, played on a pure WOG, will open the commander icon in the hero screen ? In one of the previous updates (after 3.66) this icon worked. I would like to play it with a pure WOG also.
There is another problem : in the scenario screen, the button WOGifying options is missing ! This option are accessible if you click the space above the button SHOW AVAILABLE SCENARIOS ?
Can you fix this bug as well ?

Wog 3.58 or less is no longer updated and supported, you must be the only one in the whole forum asking for. Just download era, is same + support from both Bersy and Baratorch.

OK. I did so. I downloaded ERA. I put the files into the install(default) directory. Am I doing anything wrong ? I didn't see any new castles or creatures.Is there any new castles or new creatures in ERA edition at all ?
I downloaded version 2.46 and there were the following folders : INSTALL, DATA,HELP, TOOLS. Where to put files from these folders ?
Do I need to put them in a brand new folder ?

Both Era and HD must be extracted in Heroes III main directory. For Era installer, double click on then specify path. For mods, towns or other, check Era mods thread.

OK.I managed to install the game and run it. Also installed the HD application. I am new to this forum. Can you give me a link to ERA MODS thread ? Is 2.46 the latest version of ERA ?

Fastest hero walking speed is not as fast as in unmodified version. Traveling should be almost instant. Is it a bug?

Would it be possible to have an option to allow allies to watch battles? PVP neutral combat option shows that you can put the other player into the battle screen. All you would need is to enable it for allied play, and force auto-combat for the player managing neutral army.
