Just delete/change .fnt files inside somewhere your _HD foldsr.

Thx for the quick reply! I found a couple of .fnt files in the folder 'Rus.Fonts'. After deleting it the font goes back to the default HoMM3 font. Though I still wanna change it to a more pleasing looking font e.g. Arial.
Gotta ask though, where should I be looking for a .fnt converter?

Don't know. I guess there's many software than can convert ttf fonts into fnt files.

I am getting a lot of crashes when saving/loading the game (playing SoD campaign) ever since I updated a couple days ago, does anyone also have this problem?

You really should try out that Razer Game Booster. It does wonders at helping to run really old and severely modded games like HoMM3 Complete + HD mod. conversion of it all.
This game booster actually removes all unnecessary background processings of Windows and security softwares that usually impedes with much older program languages. These background processes sometimes stops the launching of these aging game launchers that uses a very old C++ type(2008 and earlier)of coding interpreters. DX 9d file must be present on your machine in order to launch it properly. It will cut off the DX 12 coding interpreter and will help the game reach out and use the gaming file of DX 9d(2010-final).

Where can I see latest changelogs? When I update I see it, but how to see if afterwards? There was a new cheat command implemented and I would like to use it to test a map

Yeah, that's a good idea. Not. Don't ever advice people to reduce / remove their PC security just to be able to run a game. Especially when the computer is also used with an open internet connection  .

You forgot one more thing to do before launching the game.
You have to launch the configurator module(HD mod's launcher .exe) and, then, use the Heroes3.exe to make a Heroes3_HD.exe main file.
Launch game only through that newest HD executable file. Otherwise, you must use the special Heroes 3 Complete launcher file that the team at GOG Galaxy has provided in order to customize its compatibility through Windows 10's newest version. That special launcher is needed to prep your machine then, reach out to the game's true executable file to insert the old program file into its latest configuration's runnable in Windows 10 latest version of 1809.

Again I'm not sure if this a HD Mod or HotA bug, but Refugee Camps seems to sometimes only generate 1 Pikeman. (I think this bug was already solved, but seems like it's still there.)

is there a repository of older versions for HD mod?
The bug I reported keeps crashing my game, it's pretty unplayable. It wasn't like that before.

Hi,
Thanks for your HD mod
I found a bug in the RC 43 with HoMM III SoD in the french version.
First, I used the HD mod beta 52 to play and everything was ok (provided with a french translation of HoTA). Then I updated to the last version (5.0 RC43). I think you change the UI's font because now all the accented caracters (like "é", "è", "â",...) are broken. So, with the RC 43, it's difficult to understand what's written on my screen :/

Solution was given in this page, few posts above. Just delete all .fnt files from _HD directory.

Yes, I already seen that. But here it's not a problem with the size of the font. The new font is buggy with many languages. I think it would be better to find a other font compatible with more languages. For example "é" is used in Latin languages like french, italian, spanish and portuguese.

I don't know what you are talking about. If you delete fonts delivered with hd mod, you game will ude fonts delivered with your hota french translations. Of course it's only a fan trick but it works.
