Tell me about it. What's the matter, they have to show 100 more Michael pics before this info was supposed to be revealed?
Don't say I didn't call this when the links were working.
Quote: How much you want to bet Ubi kills those links since they didn't plan on the info being out? Why put out new info when you can rehash pics everyone has seen already.

To be fair they never were 'officially' released, personally I had a look in the official site, tried to find holes to reach the tabs - which I already knew that existed - to no success. Of course if you did get a link you could find the rest but that's another tale.
I still call it a messup for uploading them before their time though, every single artwork leak happened due to that very same reason. That and giving them predictable addresses so you could guess the next ones.

If they had switched the '404 Ashan erryday' error message with an image of my main man Michael,
then I would seriously consider buying the game, regardless of whatever

Are these hero abilities the abilities you charge up during combat, or are those separate faction abilities? If you don't have to charge up these hero abilities, what determines how often they can be used? Mana? Thanks.

You get:
Starting ability (unique)
Faction abilities -> eg. Gating for Demon Lords (this is the ability you charge up)
Class abilities -> I think, and stand corrected, that these are the abilities described under each "class" (might, magic and their blood or tears avenues).
I'm vibing with the various demon class abilities:
Seal of Power
Some of the reinforcements from the Gating Faction ability stay in the hero's army after combat, up to the original size of the stack they reinforced.
Linked Gating
Creates a link between a stack and its gated reinforcements. A part of the damage dealt to the original stack is instead dealt to the gated stack.
Abyss Gate
Targeted stack returns to Sheogh for the turn, then comes back reinforced. The gate remains on the combat map. If it is destroyed, the ally returns after combat.
Very, very cool ek se

Looks great. Maybe I'll pick inferno more often, I wasn't a big fan, there was something about creatures and heroes I didn't like, especially in HoMM5.
Necropolis seems to be very strong again.
Each time an enemy stack is destroyed, all atributes of all other enemy stacks are decreased for several turns.
Target Core or Elite stack will be destroyed within a few turns, unless the battle is won first.
Let's hope this is going right way. Game should be tested back and forth, there are lots of abilities to balance. As far as there are no numbers involved, it's hard to tell, but inferno and necropolis seems to be a bit stronger than the others. Judging from descriptions. And Asha save them from balancing it by worsening units.

I wonder what controls how often you can cast some of these ultimate abilities. It can't be mana, because then you could use them every turn. It can't be the charge bar, because that's used for faction abilities. Did I miss something?

Some of the abilities sound unbelievably powerful. Armageddon that only affects non-infernal units?!! You've got to be kidding. I usually deactivated this spell when playing WoG because I found it too powerful, and there it had a severe drawback in that you could only use it with a handful of units! I'm very curious how they'll manage to balance it. Hopefully the ultimate ability will also have a very high level requirement.

No, it has not been explained yet.
As all ultimate abilities (and many advanced ones) appear to be stronger than spells, my guess is that their use will limited to once per battle (e.g. one can use that ability instead of casting a spell or performing a Hero Attack)
Otherwise I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of those tsunamis or lava pillars every turn
