The only thing I don't like in the castle is the big warrior statue.
And also units can be:

Actually I don't get why people dislike elementals in faction armies 
If u read the Glory's bio: " Vessels of the will of Elrath, sent as envoys and advisors to his most faithful followers ".
So, if certain groups, factions are proven to be a true folower of a god (Primordial Dragon) those grant them some of their stronger, more powerful minions, as advisors, allies.
That's why Blazing Glories (minions of Elrath) and River Spirits (minions of Shalassa) are in the armies of Heaven, Naga.
Sidenote: IMO all the units of Inferno except Succubi are such minions.

Quatzelcoatl was a deity, and as wikipedia would have you know too, in the Nahuatl language it meant the FEATHERED serpent. He's absolutely misplaced in a water based faction such as the one we have now. Should the faction be swamp based or jungle based, then a feathered serpent named coatl (alas after D&D's monster), could be considered. But not now, not anymore. Besides the sea serpent is a completely unrelated creature to the feathered serpent. Well, except that they're both serpents, heh. My personal opinion is that it would fit better with stronghold and the Mesoamerican vibes of it. As, anyway, the feathered serpent, has absolutely no relation to any Asian culture either that appear to be the inspiration behind many units of our 5th faction.
Anyway, including the Feathered Serpent into the game would deserve nothing less than the Champion spot of whichever faction it would belong. Unless you want to degrade it into being a serpent fly ala H3, which I would consider a Hubris and blasphemous to do so!
Kodial I beg you to stop misinterpreting my posts. I meant a Sea Serpent OR Coatl...where did I say they are similar? (well they are somewhat anatomically similar, but that's beside the point). I just thought either of them would suit the faction, which it would However I agree that Coatl would go better with Stronghold (to give some diversity to those mass-production Orcs, a Wyvern would also be great), but still, I think a Sea Serpent would be nice in the Aquatic one.
EDIT: why would the fact it's feathered exclude it from a water based faction anyways?

Hmmm.. Sorry, I thought you meant for the upgrade of the sea serpent to be the feathered serpent. (I refuse to call it Coatl!  ) That would not be fitting at all. And having a feathered serpent would not visually fit in with the rest of the units. Besides Mesoamerican are very different to Far Easterm cultures.
And no taking out any Orcs from Stronghold!
If the Feathered Serpent would be included, it should replace the Cyclops as Champion. Big divine creatures deserve champion spot anyway.

Yes taking out Orcs from Stronghold! And it's not the Cyclops that it should replace, but one of the Orcs (I like Orcs, just too many of them). And if you are desperate to have the Coatl as Champion, take one of the Orcs out, and simply move the Cyclop to Elite (make it less bulky and looking like a deformed pile of meat like Abomination from WC, make it like H5 again.)

Nope! 3/7 units to be Orcs, is just what I want! Eheheheh, I just love it the designers do things my way and not yours!

About the tiger guys, it seems like at least 3 of the factions have some guys that have something to hate about the wizards (most of stronghold, lamasus, sharks).
On a side note, any marvel comics reader here?

still shocked by the revealing of the 5th. But here is my impression
First thing first, as I always said (not that anyone actually remember my posting, literally) I worry about creature of Chinese and Japanese Based Mythology because simply: They are more appropriate as fire based (Phoenix, Qilin, Goku, Serpent Dragon, Temple Lion, Nine-tail fox) creatures not water based. But I was really surprised (when finally see the artworks), they are actually good 
Here is my impression:
1. Kappa: Surprisingly fit in Heroes universe, I must said I like the unit very much, seems to have interesting ability and I am dead curious of what this creature capable of.
2. Shark Warrior: Looks brutal, love it, the tail is a bit weird but nothing major
3. Coral Maiden: Ok, this one is good, I must say good but the caster feel is the one that worry me. There are 2 others with similar feel: The Ice lady and Spring Spirit. But I will leave the judgment until I saw what those 3 are capable of.
4. River Spirit: OK, I hate Radiants of Haven line-up and this one turn out to be similar to that but, I kinda like this one more but again their role and feel a little too similar to Coral Maiden, again I will need to see their capability before passing my final judgment.
5. Snow Maiden: Similar to the three. Yes the design is good, fit the Asian Japanese theme perfectly but the feel that not catchy for me since there are 2 others
6. Tide Warrior: Now this one is my favorite Elite. I like the attitude I am glad he is not over-armored like the early artwork of Bushido.
7. Qilin: Remember when I say Qilin is Fire based? Well forget it! I am glad and stunned  . This is might be my best favorite Champion of all. If the in-game model is as good as the artwork I know what is my favorite Champion already.
Final Conclusion:
Great job on the design. As I said in the 5th prediction. As long as the presentation is well done, any mythology will fit nicely in the game and Sanctuary shows that. The only fun-breaker for me is the 3 females of the faction. I wished they choose 1 and create another 2 awesome less-humanoid creatures to replace them but so far my worries about water-japan-myth are not proven and I can breath easily now.
PS: Who need the elven now? We have another Beautiful race in original release.

Remind me again, what are the units from Stronghold?
- Goblin
- Harpy
- Orc Mauler
- Centaur
- Orc Shaman
- (Big) Orc brute of sorts
- Cyclops
Yes, I wouldn't mind skipping the big Orc for a Couatl. The big Orc seems superfluous because we already have one big lumping walker (the Cyclops), and we already have one melee Orc unit (the Mauler). So yeah, I think Couatl would be a better fit as the third elite.

Dood. Are these guys kidding us? I was hoping the "leak" was a phony. This concept looks like something that came from an episode of Scooby Doo. A reptilian race of dragons, hydras, basilisks, etc. that had been hunted to near extinction and banded together in distant caves would have fit the Heroes world much better. It would have been very easy to fit one of the human siblings in as their leader - someone who had turned their back on their fellow humans, befriended the reptilians, and taught them primordial magic.

Totally agree with you, mostly I think those female units will be diverse enough to make up for those "similarities" 
Im just glad that female units gets justice. Not because of eye candy (who the hell get turned up by pixel boobs anyway ) BUT because of how badass they look!
I crossed my fingers and wont you believe it, we got a water faction, finally!

I thought that the names weren't final.
Here's some of the proper names for the upgrades:
- Shark upgrade should be called "Shark Man" so that the base unit can be called "Shark Boy"
- Kappa upgrade should be called Lambda
- Kirin upgrade should be named after a somewhat better brand of beer - if they stick to Japanese, maybe Sapporo; otherwise just any Czech or German brew would do.

@Mmh6James I would love to see a Panda Beast man in the lineup … but if it stays like it is, o well.
Kappa – Must say they are cool and very Japanese oriented which is OK for me.
Shark Warrior – Pretty cool from my point of view, although the upgraded version could have been a Hammerhead Shark just to make him visually more different than the no upgraded one.
Coral Maiden: just doesn’t look very Asian like (south eastern Asian nor Far East) could use a bit more work on the art
River Spirit: hmm to similar to Blazing Glory … and just … not enough… something feels … just out of place
Snow Maiden: I dig … but crowded with the Spirit … spirit would go as neutral (and be replaced by a beast man ...) if I had to choose among the two also more Japanese origin than the Spirit.
Tide Warrior: Speechless, hit the nail just on the right spot 
Kirin: same as Tide warrior
Some thoughts … Snow Maiden obvious is based on Yuki-onna

And the fact that is a snow related creature has absolutely nothing to do with the jungle terrine after all if you read a bit about the climate in let’s say Japan you will see it has a climate raging from subtropical climate to temperate climate with long, cold winters, so they could come from one such island and be in the faction because they were created and or worship the same Dragon.

My review on them.  =1  =2 =3 =4 = 5
Kaapa: I dont think he is that great but nothing wrong too.
Shark warrior: I also think the upgrade could be a hammer head shark.
Coral maiden: A Normal spellcaster that is just WAY to normal.
Water spirit: OMG! The worst creature of the entire game.
Ice Maiden: The cousin of the worst creature of the entire game. Way too similar.
Tide warrior: Over 9000 The best creature of the entire game.
Kirin: Really awsome.
Overall: It has the best and the worst creatures togeter.I wouldnt consider them bad but not good either. NEED MORE FLYERS.

I love the naga faction! Sure, two units might look a bit similar in the artworks but a lot can still happen during the transition to the in game models. The river spirit has already been changed and sports a golden crown and nosering plus chain (on the christmas tree pic). The way they move and sound and function on the battlefield can also be drastically different so its to soon to get all fired up.
The faction feels a little like they took the original sorceress faction and put it in a japanese mixer along with some fortress, conflux and tower seasoning. Can´t wait to learn more of their lore, place in ashan and motives to join the battle

Yeah, I hope so as well. Actually I don't know if u tolerate praising other game outors, but I think that Ubi should learn a bit from the advertising of StarCraft2 from Blizzard. Specificly i think about the Battle Report maches. Think we were even more excited about the game if we saw some duel maches of the testers 
Don't know if such thing's gonna hapen or not, but now I think we all should hope for a quick beta maybe in the end of the month

About the Naga - most of the creatures are hardly impressive, but I can't find something bad either. The Kirin catches the eye, but still the Pit Fiend and the Fate Spinner share the first place for the Champions as far as I'm concerned.
