The thing with complaining is that it will always be ineffective. Constructive criticism has a chance to get through but if you criticise everything it will be ignored anyway because it's basically saying "Redo the whole damn thing all over from scratch". Not going to happen
Focus on one thing, give out hints and if you're ignored then it means they are certain they want it that way. Nothing you can do about, move on.

Why? I did not see anybody complaining about Priestess. And a sister sounds much more "civilian" than a Priestess. Sister -> Vestal sounds better though but still the name is really boring.

Personally I like Bone Guard but many did not. Why not just Legionaire? I KNOW its a skeleton because that was the original creature. The upgrade does not need to remind me that it is a skeleton.

It's a bit better, because I did not understand what a Grave Ghoul was supposed to be. But again, personally I do not like these kind of names. Revenant sounds much better and the lore fits with them.

Priestess is now Sister - Oh, no, in Elrath's name, no! They should've changed the Vestal!!! It's a virgin roman priestess of Vesta!!! What does that have to do with Heroes and Ashan and the Dragon God of LIGHT?!?!?!  
Temptress is now Lilim - Well, good for her.
Excruciator is now Lacerator - I don't really care much about that.
Juggernaut Ravager is now Ravager - Better.
Bone Guard is now Skeletal Spearman - So not better!
Grave Ghoul is now Ravenous Ghoul - Not good.
Putrid Lamasu is now Lamasu - Better.
Festering Lamasu is now Putrid Lamasu - Better.
And the two, three - headed hellhound... Nobody knows. And the Seraph with only two wings that becomes "Celestial" (bluh!) I'm very disappointed.

Bone Guard didn't make a whole lot of sense if you think about it, in my opinion; they look very offense-oriented with the two spears and don't carry a shield. Not very guard-like.

I don't really mind the changes, some are slightly better, some slightly worse - I can get used to them, even the Lilim.

I would really like to know on what "fan input" they "improved" the names upon, as most of the community agrees that most changes are dumb.
I wouldn't care that much if they wouldn't have changed the upgraded Succubus to Lilim (sounds like a kindergarden name regardless of background, has absolutely no link to Succubi and no relation with any of the inferno creatures and lore, moreso is linked to Mesopotamian lore that NECROPOLIS is supposed to have some influences from).
If you are gonna make fun of a creature, at least leave the cool name for the upgraded creature and name the base creature Lala (or Lulu or whatever that was...)

A female demon of the night who supposedly flies around searching for newborn children either to kidnap or strangle them. Also, she sleeps with men to seduce them into propagating demon sons.
Lilim are said to be children of Lilith according to Jewish folklore and Kabbalistic teachings. I exagerated. Lilim do have a link to succubi. Actually if we are to believe wikipedia, they are the same snowing thing, more or less. Just that succubi on *insert ancient babylonian or sumerian language here* is called lilim.
Great! Instant upgrade formula made of WIN! Take the same word and put it in another language. Pretend you are original!
Bonus points if you blame the fans for your genius idea.

While I respect other people's opinions and I always state mine while knowing that not all will agree, I find it disrespectful to randomly accuse the fans of "inputing" such garbage without any hint or proof of how they did it.
Sure, they are the developers, and they can put whatever names they want. But if they take so much time and effort into naming, at least do it transparently and progrssively, not randomly spew out things from time to time and call it fanbase influenced.
Also, I believe in constructive criticism, not in mindlessly accepting all changes to notice in the end that we have another failed overhyped successor, like so many in recent years.

It is just...... unknown to us... yet. Some biblical scholars say that those mesopotamian lamasu are , ... in fact the cherubs(cherubim correctly plural). Cherubim are angels second in power only below Seraphim. Seraphim are way much more powerful than Angels and Archangels, which is heroes all these creatures are SO MESSED UP.
Ubisoft, Blackhole, if you really want to make some creatures then make them how they are, don't create what you want and use their names, can't you simply create your OWN BESTIARY, exactly how you wanted.
Just don't use SOME NAMES with SOME CREATURES and match them as being the name of that creature if you don't know EXACTLY how to do this.

Sister was justifiably "necessary" for two reasons, though I can't tell you why yet; sorry.
As I said, no miracles with these factions due to a lack of notice, though I consider fixing the Lamasu and the horrendous "Excruciator" very worthwhile updates.
The others I had nothing to do with, you saw my suggestions so shoot somebody else.

Another source of information about Lili/Lilim(singular/plural).
LILI
The twisted children of Lilith and Adam, these creatures are almost as old as the earth itself. Able to don complete facades, it is said that even the busiest settlements are riddled with their presence. They tend to only be discovered when they carelessly let their personage last, unaging, for unnatural stretches of time. The presence of a lili seems to sow distrust and confusion among people. It is not unknown for ships to be found becalmed at sea, the crew dead by their own hands and a single woman alive on board, strangely unshaken by the ordeal.
