I just mentioned what I would personally choose to prove that people have different priorities when it comes to relationships.

Wrong! Woman can't wait you! So I mean that girl say you 2-3 year later.. But if she was long time be free, why she say you are lazy etc.. She don't know that you can take for *** but I look all snow! An idiot! I think best go out and girls got another the alternative or because man can't take than one night  If want be sad and life is snow.. Ok where they are

Serhaphim, let me explain the difference this way, compare how many times have you heard man going bankrupt and wife leaving him to wife going bankrupt and man leaving her. Yes, yes patriarchal roles society imposes and so on... we all know that. But today, at least in Western democracies, that pattern is quite broken, yet the imbalance in the comparison doesn't change accordingly, does it?

How often do you hear of women going bankrupt, anyway? Much less than men. So it's not a good sample.

Very often. Divorce is today a common reality and once alone, women are even more fragile than men. The social welfare in France is submerged with single women demands.

Maybe things are different in France, I don't know. I'm sure it happens in the US too, but I've never heard of it. But it sounds like in those cases the divorce is causing the bankruptcy, and not the other way around.

Hey, guys, I'm wondering: How do you tell a girl or a woman you like her/ go about entering a relationship?
You see, despite having had two relationships, I have no clue. Both times a relationship sort of happened. My first girlfriend kissed me after I helped her with her bike. My second one I kissed after she had dropped hints as big as anchors. I understand better now than I did three years ago that it's about having a relaxed, natural sort of relationship with the girl already (unless you pick her up at a bar I guess.) But, aside from casual flirting, which I do with everyone all the time in my circle of friends, how would you go for gauging the girl?
I am inclined to tell someone I really like her and would like to get to know her better, since I'm about as subtle and precise as a rhino in the living room. I like to face things head-on anyway. Dancing around the issue seems stupid. And I don't want to attempt to kiss her when maybe I have misread everything.
Anyway, HC, should I just tell her?
And how do you guys generally handle this?

The only thing that comes to mind besides this is that you should spend time alone with her if you can. If she's reluctant, she probably isn't romantically interested in you. If she takes you up on it, do it as often as you feel comfortable, then confess your feelings after a few times hanging out alone together. Another advantage of this approach is that you'll get to know her better, so you'll better know if you should like her or not. Don't attempt to kiss her until she's told you she's interested in you.Quote:

One girl approached me at a party (the only one I ever went to), struck up a conversation with me, went to watch a movie together with me - she basically took the initiative the whole time. The only time I did was when during the movie I decided to hold her hand. We dated for about a month, then I broke up with her.
With my current girlfriend - I spent a lot of time alone with her, as friends. We gradually developed romantic interest in each other, and then I confessed my feelings for her, though I don't remember the exact circumstances that prompted it. I wasn't that surprised that she was interested in me too, though it was nice to hear her say it.
