how many women actually look for a boyfriend online?

Let's see, about 10 millions from Russia, right now from what I know, a few hundred thousands in France (meetic & others). I have a friend who is basically dating a new girl every week, and only from internet. Just need to know where to look, have aptitudes to chat and also a few bucks to spend.

Good man Dagoth.  You're learning to pay attention to the other ways women like to communicate with us.  It isn't all words and it frustrates them to no end when they have to spell everything out for us.

Bottom line moving forward is to have fun with this one.  What form that takes should be mutually agreed upon.  You're at an age where women are more comfortable with exploring their sexuality without fear of parental or peer disapproval, though the thoughts of STIs and unwanted pregnancies are always sobering.

Don't press too hard in a particular direction, and as she feels more comfortable she'll let you know  what she wants.  Use the time in between to check in and say words to the effect, "Hey, I liked x,y and z.  What do or did you like?"  Where you can earn your chops with her and any other woman is by paying close attention to what she tells you and making the appropriate adjustments to how you express affection.  Listen to her, not just the words.  And make her feel safe.  Everything after that just might be negotiable.

P.S.  @ Drakon-Deus, Azagal spoke some very immportant truths.  His is a much nicer, kinder, more civilized version of what I would have sent your way the moment I got a whiff of your sense of entitlement regarding the fairer sex.  You would be wise, when you have calmed down, to read his very thoughtful series of responses towards you, and absorb their wisdom.

my mother also met her current boyfriend on the internet. I also made a few female friends on internet(mostly russian too). still, there isn't much to expect from such sites. their goal is to make you pay as long as possible, so it's better for them if you stay single.

Why not use a free site, like OkCupid? I myself have an OkCupid account, and in my experience it's a decent site?

No, it's really free. You can send and receive an unlimited number of messages and not pay a cent. You can pay to upgrade to A-List, which lets you view people's profiles without them knowing (normally, when you visit someone's profile, the person whose profile you're visiting gets a notification that you visited it) and gives you extra search features, but a basic account is quite sufficient.

Yo, guys, highschool's starting soon. I need you to fill me in with your vast (I hope) knowledge of highschool girls and the common do's and don't's.

Oh, and this has nothing to do with me proving my family that I'm not gay.

Do:
- Make friends with smart people of both sexes. Being platonic friends with the right members of the opposite sex will help you see them as people rather than as the "mysterious opposite sex".
- Make friends with the cool, lenient teachers.
- Avoid people who drink or do drugs, at least early in high school.
- Let your relationships evolve from friendships.

Don't:
- Get anyone pregnant.
- Do drugs. It's okay to drink a little occasionally, but don't do drugs.

Oh, the cruelty!

Welp, I'll be sure to have a condom in my reach at all times

And what do you say about taking a "certain person" out for ice-cream or (if she prefers it more) coffe?

Oh, forgot a couple of major ones.

Do:
- Be studious. When you have some free time in class, read your textbook. Then read it again. Memorize part of it. The class will get easier if you do (and you'll have more free time), the teachers will like you more, and your grades will be better.
- Find someone to compete with in your classes. It makes doing well more interesting.

Alternatively, do homework. You won't believe how much homework you can get done just by doing it in school; it gives you so much free time at home.

If you're looking for a relationship, I've found the key to finding one is to not look for it. Spend the time improving yourself, and someone showing interest will appear eventually. Don't get frustrated if they don't, cause unlike if you're chasing after people, if you do it this way, you'll atleast have become a better person in the process.

Compared to middle school, in high school I was simultaneously learning more, doing less work, and had a better social life. So my advice and relaxing aren't mutually exclusive.
