Also don't forget that lightning bold and ice bolt are level 5 for MoE, so you can decimate all those mobs immune to 1-4, including Tazar's hydras, which is now a joke battle, can be done with a secondary hero.
Strange bug happened after i activate the 2nd bonus (infinite movement on the sea) After the bonus activaiton my heroes loose all movement point when landing, they wear the captain hat. Do is do something wrong or this works as intended?

Wystan is really easy when you understand him. You'll need to use access to arcane tower and redistribute primary attributes accroding to what's best for this situation, keeping knowledge at 1 point can help.
Main problem with Wystan is titans, for that you'll need 7 stacks of devils and clones. You need to move them in a way to always make them attack clones, otherwise you may end the fight early and reload.

I found a better approach ,due to some changes made in mithrills number (no more 200 to influence the gameplay ) : no take first mithrill stack ,fighting cyclop bank after visiting magic spring (for a bit extra movement which will position Commodus right in front of sea chest),unlock the path and come back to dragon utopia (town next day), take the town AND cave of gods for 330 each resources(in my best result I lost 3 devils in process) ,then continue as in clip. Hope those resources would help in short term.
Mures_ro, here is what you can do, for a speed run, to disable Wistan hidden tactics skill.
Open Commodus.erm and add at the end
!?CM0; when right click on map
!!HE114:S19/0; set tactics to none
!!IF:L^Done^;
Save, reload game, press F12 to load new scripts setup, right-click anywhere on the map, you will get the "done" message, now Wystan lost tactics. Play the battle, then delete the script in the former erm file, thats all.
Strat with tactics : 1 big stack + 6 small of devils ,one tower down , spell for MG and block the titans . Strat without tactics : 1 big stack (under 200 ) + 5 small of devils with fear and clones and all the demons (around 1600 ) with fly , no retal , imun 1-3, attack and return , bless and haste : one tower down ,forgetfulness and block 2 titans with one devil ;keep tanking until the hero mana is out then proceed to ressurect until no ammunition.
Please ,can you do something about those teleporters - like to limit the number of using per day/per hero? The temptation is so strong to over-use them - with just chaining heroes ,I got Gretchin , Aine and Gundula in 2/2/5 , taking every fight with AD only (attack and return from Jaegar, haste from Ajit and clone from Rissa ), when I realised by accident (I was looking for a method to avoid darkness dragons to get in water for artefact after Piquedram ) the "jump in place" with heroes for movement abuse and I can't stop thinking about using this and finish the map before the end of the week ; just imagine clearing the whole map CB's in one day, land or water with only 102 spell upgrades! Key fights : Damacon with god and some angels and cavaliers before getting Vesontio ; Jaegar was done with 12 AD and A&R , Ajit with 38 AD ,one god and haste ; Galthran with 100 AD (clone distraction works so well with all factions ).The point is the lack of resources to start farming demons ;not sure if next fights ( gorynyches on cursed ground before yellow tent is one of them ) can be made with 230 AD only.One more thing :with training system, those pandora boxes are so useless ; maybe if you can give the option to choose between levels ,resources or some units...levelling is neither hard or required in any stage of the game.
I didn't want to limit teleporters because sometimes you may need, for special situation to use more, other days not. Beside, I don't know what is the limit we can place them until map is corrupted, so I just assume people use them for urgent tasks, not for bypassing movement limit everyday again and again.
I never used pandora boxes neither, it was an idea for first version, so one could place early the 10 heroes in the blacksmith giving mithrils. But with Arena nearby, that was doable within a few fights. So I guess those pandora now are only for MoS, as specialists in logistic get more move the more levels they have.
Don't abuse that mechanic, it's just is not fun and tedious to play like that. You can get trainer mod or admiral hat bug to get unlimited movement anyway, same result without the hassle
I just abandon the map because I noticed that abuse; my speed run supposed to be clean and replayable (so not relaying on luck, moral or tricks like this ).Besides ,I checked 4.1 version of this map ;no wonder that map could be finished over 5 months at best - so many skills missing early ex navigation ,magic schools ,tactics and utopias are not giving much needed arts .
Speedrun requires some adjustments, so everything is optimal
Here is a mod (made by Igrik) which lets you pick both primary and secondary skills at level up. Absolute need for speedrun, so you don't restart game 99 times/
Just make sure you don't mess 3rd day, as Commodus is given (scripted) logistic expert (or earth also depending on faction) at first level up, so use the mod to pick it too, or enable mod when you reach first town, up to you.
For utopia, open map first day (trainer mod) then right click on utopia to see what's inside, restart (from main menu, not just restart button) until you have the arties you want.
I know that mod, but in order to get one point ,you need level (at least last time I checked ); so,let's say MoE... learning and all 4 magic schools on expert means 15 levels - not talking about 15% experience extra , magic orbs or training. Or ,in 3 factions Commodus has plenty of skills by default which helps for early gameplay and ,eventually snowballing . PS: scouting on MoD is not working, at least I couldn't get anything from distance.
Hmm, but in last version, the one you have, MoE starts with all magic schools at expert level, everyone. And that's not normal that Scouting right-click on power ups doesn't work, can you send a save?

That's what I said: the amount of skills received and training sessions made the difference - same speedrun in 4.5 is not possible in 4.1, so no wonder last version allows faster gameplay.I have no save, but I can try one ;just let me know the minimum level to expect scouting to work.
