Mellee shooter is basically a flyer that can attack back line and that is not effected by towering ability and by effects that targets flyers. Am i wrong?

The spider seems UP to me. Compare it to Sayama Stalker. I don't think it's stronger than the 2R/2M/1Ma Lich.

I cant see good points in this Soul-Consuming Efreet. Maybe with some heavy discard - controlling deck, maaaaaaybe....

Don't know how the Spider is UP, really. Why would I compare it to Sayama Stalker? Sayama Stalker is as balanced as Decay Spitter, and it is common, just lol...

You can't just compare it to Lich, because it is melee shooter, it can be deployed anywhere, that is the advantage, it doesn't have to necessarily replace Liches in the deck, they can replace Moonsilk Skeletons. A lot of times I need to deploy some unit like Lich somewhere, but I realize that I have for example 2 Liches on the field already, and that third will just make it easier for the enemy to kill them with Fireball/Geyser/Whatever.

Same as Moonsilk Skeleton, it is aggressive drop, because your enemies can't block it with just deploying something stronger in front of it, or kill it with Pao Deathseeker.
For example, if you are playing against someone that doesn't have easy counters to the lane stacking, 2 of these in the same row will cause problems to the enemy, because whatever they deploy will instantly be -2 attack -2 retaliation. So they have to deploy it somewhere else and then move it to that field, and one round of damage already went through.

Maybe it won't be as good as I am suggesting, but I will definitely try them in my decks.

That Efreet looks hot! Agree with Dave_Jame that the pentagon doesn't suit the graphic...but damn looks good, and Inferno NEED flyers.

New spider - would have preferred poison counter instead of crippling...

Necro have too many poison units already, don't you think? And having poison counter on Ambush unit wouldn't be much different from Sayama Stalker.

Agree, both new Necro units sounds good for Ariana 5-6-1 or 6-4-1 deck.

I do not think you even need poison cloud, put1 or 2 rotting mummies, kill them in your turn with earthquake , then play as many pb u have in your hand for 0 1 or 2.

Sure, but would seem too situational, PB would need more creatures with poison to be beneficial. Would be spitter's 2 poison take 2 off the cost requirement of PB?

Good point DD, in order to make PB work cost should decrease according to number of poison counters and not creatures that have it.

There is a reason why Necro is whining about Forgotten Wars creature they got, and sad thing is Rotting Mummy is the best Necro creature from that expansion, while it is SITUATIONAL at best.
You know you can't kill Rotting Mummy in your turn right? If you want to spread poison, it has to die at your supply phase, which means, it has to die from POISON itself, there isn't other way.

Enemy knows that, he will wait until it gets to 1 or 2 HP and just kills it with a spell or something. And he can pretty much ignore damage that Mummy is doing, since it does 1...

From Google translate - For every 5 cards in your graveyard, this Creature gains Infection 1.

To me, this sounds like a better Plague Zombie in the mid-late game. It can be even played in the early game because of Might 2 requirement, but it has immune to retaliation(I suppose?) and the more creature there are in your graveyard, the more infection counters there are. Doesn't seem that bad for aggressive Necro deck, and it seems like those will be the thing in new expansion.

Thanks for clearing it up, I didn't know that, since I rarely play necro let alone rotting mummies.

Ugh that were-rat... Artwork is just laughable. Seems that the bonus-per-5-cards-in-graveyard will be 5T's thing, as for example uniform CIP-effect uniques were FW's... not sure I like it.

EDIT: Since it's immune to retal, it could very well be a better plague zombie indeed.

Seems there is a trend with for every 5 creatures in you graveyard:
the inferno gets fire burst; necropolis gets infect;

I bet that haven gets retribution, sanctuary honour, stronghold enrage and academy magic channel.

Yeah, artwork isn't that good, but it is quite deadly, immune to retaliation, 2 might requirement, and in the mid-late game it can have Infect 2-3, which means that everything he touches will die really soon, and unlike Zombie he won't die to retaliation.

Now this, in my opinion, is clear showcase of power creeping.

Well, the five towers are unique and unique cards tend to be pretty good so.. It will be interesting to see how they work in conjunction with fortunes and spells, decks are going to have a rework and I like that
