Its not so much that there are buffs for Ishuma but it was one of the top 2 decks. It received no game changing nerfs (mana storm really is it) and nothing else appears to have gotten buffed to pass it.

Well it was the solo thing that kept him alive in many cases.

There are some older creature cards that are still better than these new ones for the same cost...
For all the factions in general:
Inferno, Sanc, Haven - 
Necro, Orc -

After some thinking i no longer think that Crusader Vanguard is good, is mediocre, not that sure if playable

I think buildings only slow you down. The only good ones are smith and gardener.
The only cards I like are: Truce, Gated Demon, Fate Bender (for Ignatius), Spirit Traveler, Sayama Predator (for Akane), Plague Bearer,Mana Burst,Ariana's Will, Prayer for the departed, Strength in unity and wither.
The rest are mediocre, bad or are played in decks that present no interest to me.

So apparently only Cassa fortune was nerfed. I thought they gonna nerf Raya but maybe uniques are not to be touched.
Short thoughts about some cards (from a Cassa player perspective):
Buildings:
- Watchtower - playable, i'll definitely check it
- Tower of Inventor - looks very promising
Creatures::
- Vindicator - no
- Crusader Vanguard - ofc it's worse than the Glory but maybe i want to include it. I feel like there is a lack of 1 or 2 3-resources creatures but it's a melee so it might be not that easy to keep full health as a Watchman
- Angels of Mourning - no, Angels of Mercy is better
- Crusader Sergeant - 5 might = no
Fortune:
- Strength in numbers - i dont think i will be using it but since we have to clamp unit together, maybe
- Morgan inspiration - i dont think so
Spells:
- Chain Heal - still no
- Ylath Breath - nice spell but not really for Cassa
Events:
Time of War - i still believe that WoT and Storms are better
I omitted the cards im not even interested in testing

That is not a buff?
With both Nagas with Ambush in a same row, you have to kill this guy first to be able to block that row at all.

No since I use ambush more then he does and I think this card is useless. It's intresting but he has only 4 Stalkers.. when you get to the part of the game, when you can use this.. they are usually dead, or take the place of much more needed cards like Priestesse or tide mastres..

Yeah, let alone that you can do Song of the Lost + Ice Splinters without having Ice Splinters at all...

4/4/1 might be a little uncomfortable for Ishuma though. No lvl 5 units and a rather late combo.
On the other hand, the new lvl 1 drops are amazing against rushers so I am quite curious if people will take advantage of that to weaken Crag/Ishumas

the only new deck i can think of is new Sandal 4/4/3 based on old Sandal with Angels of Mercy:
- Treasurers, - Monsoons, +1 Tactics, +3-4 Angels of Mercy, +2 Watchtowers, + Tower of the Inventor, +1 Price of the Void
Watchtowers - f*ck just noticed that it's retaliation and not attack
(i hope i got the names right)
Prolly somebody will try Alia healing with Crusader Sergeant and Crusader Vanguards but that's T2 at most

The Sayama raider is not good for those who already have the wombo combo because the traditional one is more reliable but works for Akane who with primal and air didn't have it and now she can board clear so it's ok for her (I play her quite a bit so I think I know what I am saying). 1 or 2 of these guys should suffice for her, I do not really see this creature usable on someone else.
The Truce for Takana i think it's so great, like a slightly weaker altar of Asha for -1 requirement. Basically it lets you open a path to deal your final damage. Mana burst is also good.

Yeah, but I didn't even talk about Ishuma's wombo combo, but that it is now possible with Akane that has only Air.

But the Crag also got buffed with events that he can make a good use of, and he has that Sand Shark neutral creature that is amazing early drop for him.

What will u guys spend your wildcards on if you do not draw what you want?
I think (depending on price) I will go for 2 truce, 2 mana burst and 2 sayama raiders.
I see nothing for haven or stronghold and the other factions I do not really play.
P.S. - if Shinje Warrior is cheaper I will get one since I need it.

I'm thinkig of a Stronghold Deck (Acamas/Kat/Zouleika) 4+-2-3
I see some nice things like Famouse last blast, Goblins and I want to try those new Sahaar orcs.

Honestly probably nothing. Maybe 1 or 2 of the unique towers but that is about it. I am not even sure I will spend all my seals, I am just that underwhelmed with this expansion.
