I would be extremely happy for both Oasis and HotA if a mutual agreement is reached here. I'm a purist when it comes to mods for the game, I like mods to remain as faithful to the vanilla experience as possible, and to fit in with the setting of the game and be believable. Oasis looks fantastic in that regard.

Even if we reach some agreement on mutual help, it's improbable that Oasis will appear in HotA as a result. Its author is a member of another team and will probably develop the town further for their mod.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but as Nik mentioned, it's unlikely for Oasis to become part of HotA. There was a time when I was trying to make my town a part of HotA, but after all it was better to gather my own team and later join Mod Design Team to continue working on the project.

What justifies the Haspids speed of 12? It's a sea snake on land, should'nt it be kinda slow and awkward on land? Chaos Hydra only have 7 and Ancient Behemoth have 9. The fastest walking unit is, an understanable, Titan with 11.
I feel Cove is a bit overpowered and speed of Haspid should be reduced and It would make more sense if the flying Ayssid had 12 or 13, but Haspids are just to fast for a sea serpent on land.

Cove is op in nearly all matters. swamp, units itself, heroes, cannon...

Yeah the only weaknesses I can find is low top speed (Like Stronghold, Tower and Fortress) two pretty weak flyers (Like Fortress) But they have two very good shooters to compensate for it, Fortress have not. Then "only" mage guild level 4 (Like Castle) And they even have swamp as native terrain. (Like Fortress)
I guess Cove is really trying to make Fortress and Stronghold look bad.

swamp as native terrain is epic... 175% use of movementpoints for invaders, most epic terrain ever...

and yeah affordable maybe, but this wont help much on a big map...

Exactly, on big maps, with many ressources and mines Fortress and Stronghold are left behind. Under certain conditions I honestly believe those are the 2 weakest towns.
What holds them back is also only mage guild level 3, other factions could have Expert Resurrection, Animate Dead, Prayer, Clone, Armageddon, Berserk, Sacrifice or Implosion (And Town Portal, Fly and DD if allowed) much before Fortress and Stronghold.
If all buildings are allowed, in all 10 towns, Fortress and Stronghold are also the towns with the fewest buildlings.

I see that they decreased the amount of gold and resources it takes to buy and upgrade the aysaids (don't think I spelled that correctly), but I think that this is too little. I didn't mind the 10 crystal needed to upgrade them since they have two attacks like the crusaders (even though their upgrade is 5 crystal I think) I like the work that's being done in the game. Less crashes. Keep up the good work.

If you ignore the Mage Guild, all Towns have the same number of buildings, besides Conflux (if I counted right, they have one less). I didn't count Cove though, as I don't clearly recall which buildings they have overall. As such, the difference in number of buildings is solely caused by the differences in Mage Guild tiers.

You would prefer to give Towns with less than 5 Tiers in the Mage Guild some extra buildings instead? To compensate, so to speak?

Well one way would be to give another "special building" or another horde building (although I don't think the latter would help them very much) They could also just get Mage Guild level 4 or Mage Guild 3.5 A Mage Guild 4 with only one spell (Of course only for half the price)
And Conflux is on par with the other, now that they got Vault of Ashes.
Castle is one building behind, Fortress and Stronghold is two.
