As always you delivered a high quality product. May Heroes III shine brighter each year!
P.S.: I read the notes expecting to find something along the lines of:
[+] The Wizard class' scaling after level 10 has been corrected from 30/20/20/30 to 20/20/30/30
Maybe some day...

These damn vultures... I was on a new years party... and now... I can't download anything from google servers due to the high traffic... any chance to upload it on an alternative server like mega or something?

Thank you for the update HotA team <3 The hard work and dedication is so admirable.
I noticed the documentation on http://h3hota.com still lists the Pendant of Reflection as a spell power reducing item
In my first attempt of playing today, the game didn't seem to have updated the secondary skills, but after reinstalling on another computer, it seemed to update fine. Might have been an outdated file.
I've had several crashes today, particularly in multiplayer, playing on XP.

I had high hopes that overtime, like with skills units stats would be tuned.
Some units are really bad, and i hoped they would sometime see a buff, but this means that bad units will remain bad units forever.
My mayor concern is units that are too slow. The original game design clearly undervalued speed, and slow units are generally too bad and often ignored for their value. I'm talking mostly about zombies, dwarves, stone golems, ogres, etc. I wished to see a generall buff speed of all those units, or at least significant stats increments that would justify their incredible low speed.
In addition to that some units upgrades are laughable, things like Orcs and demons have pretty lame upgrades that contribute to their relatively low playability of those units.
On the other hand, and in tone to undervaluing speed, fast units tends to be too good, and i wish long term a similar correction.
Reading that this won't happen in hota long term makes me sad.
also SOD and AB did change units stats, so I don't see that it would be against the spirit of homm expansions.

WAT?
No, no, heaven forbid. I don't want speed differences to be erased.
There are ways to make use of slow units and golems or Dendroids are by no means crap units just due to their low speed.

Okay, since I was deliberately ignored by not one but two members of the team, I'm going to assume this another: screw you, as usual.
Well, I guess I can live without G+U and Captains, so my new year's resolution is: F... HotA, I'm porting everything to some other platform. Maybe I'll still play it from time to time but I'm done with developing anything for it.
Of course, if I need something from it I'll pay the same respect I was given today. See you.

This is a great news for New Year 2020.
HotA Crew thank you for your hard work especially for changes in secondary skills.
I see a quite big impact in secondary skills and I believe that is a move in a right direction.
Still I'm waiting for the changes in Eagle Eye, First Aid, Learning and Sorcery – hope that in patch 1.7.

What a wonderful update!
I get an issue when loading an existing save with the new update installed. Units seem to stand on top of adventure map objects sometimes. In this case you can see 2 stacks of golems on top of quest guards. They originally stand on the right side of the quest guard.

Savegame file (one that created before 1.6, not one saved after wrong convertion) may help to fix this issue.
