I'm not sure if it's a bug or it's made this way intentional in HotA, but as far as I remember it wasn't like this in SoD.
In a battle as the fastest creature I click to wait so comp do its turn and I get to move last in that round. BUT if comp also waits with a slower creature, SOMETIMES I don't get the last move in the round.
Since it does not happen every battle, I have a hard time understanding why that happens.
Usually I notice it when I'm running with something like a Devil from several stacks of slower creatures, waiting for a morale boost to hit and run. After waiting in corner, some stacks would move closer to me and some would wait, and when I go make a hit, stacks that waited after me, get to move and hit me before the next round starts.
So is this some sort of feature or a bug?
What am I missing?

my guess would be that some spells were cast during the battle, like slow or haste, maybe you missed that?

This sounds like a normal SoD/HotA behavior. It's not a bug, but a feature. The reason these stacks get to move after you is simple - they play in the waiting phase, while your Devils play during the Morale phase before it. The phases are:
Normal
War Machine
Morale
Wait
If you get morale during Normal phase and you wait, then you don't play in the Wait phase with that stack - you play during the Morale phase. The specific thing about the morale phase is that creature speeds don't matter there. What matter is who gets morale first, second, etc.. The first to get morale plays first during the morale phase.

Will there be a neutral unit of water (sea monster, mermaid, water dragon) I like reactivation (leprechaun, satyr) and will also include werewolves? Do you plan some new spells and new terrain types?

I am hoping for Sea Monster and Mermaid like H4 too. Maybe Werewolves and Succubus too if they won't be alternative units.

Hey I played HotA over a year ago with friends but was disappointed to find the game pretty much doesn't work when you have 3 players playing over an online virtual lan like through tunngle.
Has this problem been fixed since when I last played or is it still restricted to 2 players when doing a virtual lan.

Hello Heroes community! I'm new here so I wanted to say hi to you all. I come from another old and small community for a game called Soldat (2D multiplayer shooter) and I see a lot of similarities. After discovering that Heroes 3 is very much live and kicking I gathered some guys at work for a LAN party, we've had so much fun but we're still trying to figure out how to avoid the major game-breaking bugs.

HotA Crew I know you wan't to deliver a complete package, but how about giving us what you got now and then giving us a new update again later?
If not could you at least share some information, screenshots or give us an approximate release date? Thanks.

Hmm that's not really what I meant, Maurice.
What I meant was that surely they are done with some of the elements of the update by now, like the new character models, the sea pillars, the leprechaun and the new map objects. So why not just give us what they got now and then give us the template editor or whatever it is they are working on later.
