655 pages. Guess I'm a bit late to comment on anything. 
Anyway, I've only asked a few questions thus far and thought I look at Necro for the 1st time and pretend for a moment that my opinion matters.
Hmm, if I could dictate it would go something like this;
Skeletons: Look pretty good but forget the hula-skirts and replace with "some" hanging-moss in the rib-cage. Toss in the lichen for bone texture
Ghost: So all warriors come back as part Frankenstein's Bride? How about one of the H5 trio and lose the humor. I don't think a ghost should telegraph either sex...period.
Ebon Spider: Looks like a Beetle. Nothing in this faction should look well fed. i.e. Which would you visually fear most; a round lion easily mistaken for a rollee-pollee or one that looks like it has not eaten in a month? Hm Ebon Spider. ok, means black spider, hm Black Widow? or Brown Recluse? Tarantuala? But something better than base ebon spider with Ivory upgrade and MJ elite.
Vampire: Hiya Vlaad. Just call the vamps...Vlaads but lose the green eyeballs and instead use the old black/white spiral symbolizing hypnotism.
btw, Blah! could translate; "You are under my command and can do nothing on the battlefield and will give me your blood when I am hungry, even if you don't have any; stand by and looked tranced until I decide when I'm hungry." Blah...is very powerful.
Lich: Must it fly or wear a dress? How about a robe instead? And lightning-crack that skull! 
Lamasu" Ok, "failed at creating beastmen" So they have to look like women who went full Arnold S.? I like the idea of the nails and long hair (true to form I guess) but why is the hair groomed like 1930s Hollywood? Fyi, it is "frayed" that projects a mess, not a brush-job + hair-band. (note: even if it is Twisted-Sister)
Grim Rider. Not bad but why not Reaper or is it TM'd? And a Bone-Mane for the steed? Why not have the Grim guy fashion a "unicorn mocking helmet" out of worldly stuff? You know, like a saxon-helm with a spike hammered through the top. Sort of "In-your-face you magical hooves!"<L>
I never get too far on what creatures look like, I just hope they are diverse and well-balanced mob with some great synergies to make a factions...factional.<L>
Bone Dragon: Like it, though I don't know of any law stating the wings must be full; it is a flying-dead-thing after all.<S>

Markkur, your points about Ghost and Lamasu sound like something Jeremiah would write, except in your case these statements actually make sense... this is kinda scary.

Just to be sure, which statement are your referring to?
It was about the Emperor from Clash of Heroes being the monarch mentioned by Markal in "The Attack" scenario. Emperor Oleg Griffin, I believe.
We were discussing that at the time, bringing up Sandro's death, Lorekeep's destruction and said Emperor's rule at the time when Cyrus was an apprentice.

It is definitely Emperor Oleg in Clash of Heroes, so no worries there

Well, he didn't seem "mad" or "fanatical", but Markal's exposition is hardly reliable. Except when he brings up his grudges and schemes of course.

oh I seeeeee, so the Ashan Edric and Tyris are a couple because Erathia, yeah that's not cynical or forced at all lol

This article confirms a number of things: Hero classes are fixed and class specialisations do not replace the hero ones. It also looks like Griffins will replace the Wolves in the campaign.
So, nice.
