The Compendium gives a general idea, but all creatures are reworked to fit the needs and specifics of each project.
And sorry but the upgraded Phoenix will definitely be a "Moonix". Probably more silvery than blue compared to the H6 one, but the lore is pretty specific on that topic

Marzhin, I ask you as dwarf asks dwarf. Yesterday we heard Sylvan faction theme, so it's obvious that Fortress faction theme is ready too. Do we have a chance to hear it until dwarves will be added in game?

The bewilderment after realizing people are talking about the art like it's the game itself. I'm not even sure if some people even saw that the post has words in it.

I'm pretty positive the Dwarven theme will definitely be used somewhere in the game, even if the Fortress faction itself isn't there.
