The shadow council is just guidning Ivan with stories from their factions history (if I got it right). So the angel could tell a story of the wolf duchy, from way back, in the campaign. Any leads in the timeline?

I am quite happy with Haven and Academny lineups! I wonder what they are going to do for Stronghold and Necropolis though.

The central characters in the campaigns are Ivan Griffin's councillors. The choice to focus on the Wolf Duchy rather than the Griffin one suggests that the Human councillor will be from that Duchy and by consequence, the Haven campaign will be as well.

Except that that representative rather seems to be an Angel.

They could always add valkyries as neutral creatures..
Speaking off Neutral creatures. What is everyone expectations on that level? Elementals again or perhaps some other creatures?

Her tale might not be a personal one. And besides, while more brutal and less religious, I don't see why the wolf duchy would be no place for angels. If the artwork is any indication the new angels are more into delivering punishment justice than mercy.

The heaven line up is slighty different but guys don't scream because they are no griffins (overused creature).
There is one new creature per tier
1/ Core: Direwolf
2/ Elite: mysterious woman (looks like priest girl)
3/ Champion: snowbearer (he is a human but it's a BEAST)
It's the same for academy
1/ core : Cabir
2/ Elite: Disciple
3/ Champion: Maic Bird
So finally there is few news creatures and i think is a good choice. Because emblematic creatures (but still no griffin... i know) are here and in the same time there is new things.

She is called Watcher
Swordbearer isn't new. It's justPaladin/Crusader from HoMM1-2 with different name.

Disciple probably is a mage with also different name.
Magic Bird = it smells like coloured Phoenix.
