Yeah for some reason the devs are once again trying to make standarised factions (same color palette, a lot of units in armor with iron ornaments etc). This is not bad, but I thought Heroes was about a bunch of random creatures, with a common goal or affinity (or hobby, like err... killing humans?), that were put together but a group of knights, sorcerers etc.
Why not go back to this model?

I know it's a shame to not use all this material they've created so far, but don't you guys feel they are making a lot of recycling in the games promotion? Either because of the budget or deadlines, but we are seeing the same illustrations/concepts all over again...
I'm probably over-reacting here, but I kinda feel like Heroes is once again treated with not enough respect...

Yes, it's obvious they're going on full recycle force. They probably want to make it as profitable as possible while trying to please many of fans suggestions.
It's a shame, but that's what we got. Hopefully Limbic will deliver a solid game with a great map editor, otherwise...

Desert Orcs as in not Pao Islands? Then the Harpy is out of course. I hope we will have more changes than just Harpy and Wyvern alternating...

Desert Orcs? Fail. 
I mean, it is nice change, but they are not even close to being as cool as Blackskull Orcs.
The only interesting unit in Duel of Champions for Sahaar Orcs is Gnoll.

Because the Harpy description specifically mentions Pao Islands if I'm not wrong. I guess this is another version so it could still stay. I can't see this Shark as a creature since there will be battles on different terrains.

These gazelle-centaur and wyvern rider are pretty cool. Maybe desert orcs are not a bad idea after all.
