Good point but the Pao Kai would fit this model exactly as well

Yepp i would also love that last one, not only would this be the only possibiliy to have anything h3 fortress like in Ashan but i actually like them together with these east asian creatures. Also +1 for the white tiger, maybe the only animal i accept as a creature in a Line-Up (yes, i'm looking at you haven woolfies)

If gnolls are part of Stronghold this time, goblins kind of fit the same role....I agree, it would be nice to get rid of the goblins for once and get some other creature instead.

Don't know how or if they acquired the licence but I remember the EvilEye/Beholder had the same problem and we still had them in H6 with a different name.

Is it a jackal, desert fox or a fenec? I wonder...
This Desert Orcs concept is really starting to interest me, it's a sth different when compared to the "Jungle Aztec Orcs" theme from H6. The only downside is that we will get two "desert" factions, when counting in Academy.

I'm pretty sure it's jackal. Ears are too sharp to be those of fennec or desert fox. The more you know...
And Academy's style is more arabic/middle eastern/egyptian, while desert Stronghold takes more from bedouins and african tribes like Swahili.

These Desert Orcs look really interesting. At the very least they will look distinct from their Heroes 6 counterpart and it opens the door for some new creatures like the aforementioned Sahaar Skirmisher and the Gnoll. Aside from that I also like their design if they look the way they do in Duel of Champions.
I've never played Duel of Champions by the way, is it any good?

I'm not much interested in what creatures look like, but I did look at the Swordbearer and "overblown" describes it perfectly. What the heck is it with; if there's one spike there's a hundred, if there's armor...armor has armor and oh yeah and some spikes.
I'm hopeful based on the game's descriptions but Swordbearer doesn't exactly exude creativity. Unless... "Arrrgh! We're being attacked! "Who has the dang Sword?"

Well we did not get an "Evil Eye" we got a "Shadow lurker" Sure it basicaly was a beholder but since only the name is licenced and the "concept" it could have been put in the game
EDIT:
One more fact about the Gnoll and Jackal Skirmisher. They in DOC they are both considered Beastman. So They could replace the Harpy or we could have 3 Beastman in the stronghold

It's a fun game, a more complex card game then for example Heartstone. Takes a bit more time to play (Game aprox 7-10 mins). Geting cards is rather easy, getting the cards you want not that much, but there still is a way accasable to everybody. People who pay for the game don't have an instat win garantee. They only get a better chance in the card lotery. And even with the desired cards you can lose to a bad draw :-)

Nah. Ubisoft decided to delete website and HoMM7 after our complains and start new one from scraps. 
After all fans' voice is very important for Ubi.
