The costs for TC are roughly based on the avg cost per building after the town is fully build. townvalue = amount of buildings

gold_qty = 3000+(townvalue*3000);
wood_qty = 3+(townvalue*3);
ore_qty = 3+(townvalue*3);
mercury_qty = 1+(townvalue*1);
crystal_qty = 1+(townvalue*1);
sulphur_qty = 1+(townvalue*1);
gem_qty = 1+(townvalue*1);

Thank you ! I will write it down somewhere.

Btw, dont want to be picky by commenting something twice but Valeria specializaion is kinda of no specialization.

She starts with Mass vulnerability and the spec gives some damage.
But the damage is so negligable that no one cares about it.
Just compare it to any other specialization, even resource hero is better.

I have also noticed that the description of starting map window, when the game shows you already chosen features (taxes, difficulty...) is not translated. Could you tell me please which text file translates this window?

Interesting. Do you expect the scared friendly stack to escape backward (to own line), or forward?

Backward toward own line. This is going to be nice as it will open up for some unconventional tactics where if usually used the player will lose more (hero turn, creature turn, creature rage) but at some point it may be helpful to avoid damage from multiple instances.

-It is pointless so it is balanced?

-Don't make expectations about where the creature is going to move, must be tested.

-the barbs already have plenty of abilities to force a creature to act so it would be redundant

Sounds kinda messy. What is important is that friendly puppeted units can be scared and that's good enough for me.

What I would like to see is some reduced hero damage on word of the chief. Often enough it is fine but it is very painful to use on cyclopes and it it is counter intuitive when you aim for stunning blow and excruciating strike. I do not want to make it a second divine guidance but at the moment it is kind of a mixed blessing.

I agree with this. Word of Chief does too much damage.
