How about Rune of Dragonform? The Magma Dragon has that as well I supposed it is stealed...
Does the runw of dragonform work then, or??

Normally it doesn't, only in fire dragons and this is probably a bug.

Dragonform is able to steal even for Dragons, its the only way for them to obtain it.

It's a bug associated with a faulty no-cd patch. A proper one was released later.
