At my PC (0.99 and last daily builds) videos and music for campaigns work OK. But game crashes during loading any campaign and this is known bug.

Could anyone send me VCDESC.txt?
Some reinstalations later (GOG version) still don't have one. I even checked some torrent sites for different setups and even portable versions. That file is never to be found (at last for me). I've lost my CD version long time ago.

I also use GoG version. VCDESC is inside Data/H3ab_bmp.lod. You either have all or none. You must have installed the game in wrong folder. Unpack it in main H3 directory.

Ive not gog but old Gold Ed (Zlota Edycja). VCMI as I see is only for gog... Why? Where is camp music in gog pack? And videos? How is name of folder? Maybe if I copy there will be ok?
In tablet VCMI97 I copy my game files no videos and voices and game run. Dont need all to run.

While daily builds are automated and really not guaranteed to work I not believe they could magically require different assets. But if there is difference between Warmonger's builds and daily then I'll be happy to fix it.

Only is needed to do, vcmi DONT WANT CAMPAIGN RESOURCES! I want only test single map and CANT OPEN because campaigns! Its nonsense. We dont need campaigns in dialy upd. Dialy version only works for 32 bit systems like mine.

The stability of 0.99 is much better than 0.98 but playing New Grove is still a nightmare. The game crashes every time I try to upgrade lvl 4 (Basilisk Riders?) and lvl 1. The game may freeze during the battle when there is the turn of unupgraded lvl 6 (shooters similar to MMH6 Namataru).
And a question: is it possible to download the map editor? I had IIRC a version from February but I could not make it to work (crashed every time).

Grove Town is not officially supported. There are many version of this mod circling around, some might be buggy.

MDT Forge and edeksumo's Bastion should work fine. There is also Abyss town lurking somewhere, not sure however if it is balanced.

@stachnie.
From some time I play Grove quite often and try to find and fix bugs. If you want you may test my version. For me, gameplay is ok now, exept combo: Grove + WoG's Stack Experience submod. It's source of various eroors and crashes. Without this mod, all seems to be ok. So if you encounter any bugs, let me know about them. And tell me if Velve's speciality is not too overpowered.

In launcher you must click grey bracket (> ) in Wake of Gods mod to enlist submods and disable particular ones.

Thanks a lot - it works (I had to start a new game). Without that, any attempt to upgrade an experienced stack (even when the main hero was away) resulted in a crash.
BTW: the AI is horrible but IIRC this may be corrected before 1.0?
