Did you start a new game ?
Just install that Era I linked to SoD. Then don't add mods from the lauhcner and will be fine.

Did you tell me please from were I can get clean Heroes/SOD game, I delete all the launchers here and now can't play anything, I have your Era and TEW III map only.

Installed Heroes III/Complete from GOG, Era from your link and TEW III from here https://heroes3wog.net/the-empire-of-the-world-iii-download/. Tents now is working well, but I noticed two issues: tents and balistas has no experience, always says 0 after battles and resolution is terrible, is that possible to play with HD resolution mod and some other mods, that will no brake the game?

Of course, just install HD mod, is compatible.
Get mods from here, especially Interface mods

Here you see which mods will not break the game (that was from tew4, just replace it with tew3)

Now everything looks good, battles with the wolf riders goes without any losses, anyway, I noticed some things that I will comment below:
1. Healing tents and catapults do not gain experience after battles.
2. I have navigation, do I need that?
3. I can't see the remaining skills, activate secondary skills mod, but it doesn't work. Then I removed it when I saw your remark at the beginning.

1 and 2 are normal.
3. Try to activate "no secondary skills limit" plugin (mod manager, right-click on WoG (core) then you will get the list of plugins), also try secondary skills scrolling mod.

I activated the plugin and enabled secondary skills scrolling mod, here is the result:

Did you load tewIII.dat in wog options? It is asked in map description (scroll).
If yes, Can you show me a pic of your activated mods? Maybe the order is wrong

In mod manager move down TEwIII and place it just above WoG scripts, then should be fine if start new game. Don't use Display events in this map, it may create problems as it was made much later.

Buttons not showing up (not defined), but working and now skills are scrolling.

What tower skills should I have, so far I have reduce def. and clone on hoplites and reduce def. on angels?

There is no optimal setup, choose what you want then see. Reduce defense is the best, then clone/immunities, cast spells etc.

I cant split creatures, I have only hoplites and angels in my army and want to split it for Dendroids fight, but I cant, when select stack the split button highlighted for a sec. and disappears.

I did nothing to prevent that. Isn't there a key to use when you want to split? Like click with MAJ hold?

The second key left from the bottom. When you hold it down, you can split creatures. Click on creature to split, then push the key.

Oh man, you mean a "SHIFT" key right? This is the first time I've heard of the "MAJ" button, and I've been working with computers for 20 years (IT profession).
