I would make peasants so powerful that the Dragon's descriptions would say that "they have more peasant blood than your usual Drake".
Cuz fantasy.

Make up your minds... you called it Rokh in H6 and now it's Rokhe?*
Just call it back Roc and no one will have problems with remember its name.
*I know, it's probably just mistype.

That's not mentioning the physical impossibilities of slaying a dragon. You think it's like a walk in the park? You'd crap your pants only seeing something 10 meters tall able to fly, breathe fire, cleave, tail swipe and with skin harder than a shield.
Cry me a river, dude.

Yes, I like their concept. Not every Heroes has a badass human champion, and in a certain way remind me of H2 Crusaders
Your whole tantrum about Dragons not being invincible is just ridiculous.

Dunno why people are so butthurt about this guy. He's awesome. He's not another regular sized human, but a freakin space marine in fantasy.
Much better than boring Crusader.

What version of HoMM are you playing? The versions I've been playing features Dragons that are barely a few meters high and while they're able to breathe fire and fly, I haven't seen them cleave or swipe their tail. As for skin harder that a shield, they are not harder than that of many other, equal-tier creatures.
Or do you mean the way Dragons are depicted in other games and/or stories?

Considering the model for H6's dragons has its head at about Humans head level, they aren't "10 meters tall". With wings fully extended upwards, maybe, but their head is in prime chopping range. In H5, it seemed about the same way, but a bit bigger. And it's not like they are stated to have much tougher skin. If the defense rating is supposed to make that more believable, then a Treant has tougher skin. And Treants are trees. Trees are quite known for their ability to be easily chopped.

To top them off maybe even +50% phisical resistance as well.
Oh, and also resurrection so we won't miss the phonix.
