i like h3 and h6.
yes i like h6.
h5 has worst aspects of 3d and worst art style. and h6 is not that much buggy when you do necesarry patches.

First of all, how do you know what will Heroes VII be like? Ubi has just published arts for 2 factions and they seem to be the most mature from all games they created. If you have read other threads, you may know that I recently got Nintendo 2DS. Do you know what is one of the reasons I bought it? Ability to legally play in NES and Game Boy games, who are quite old (as for video games, of course). One of my favourite musicians is Ella Fitzgerald, my favourite actress is Audrey Hepburn. Please, don't tell me I hate old times just because I like Heroes V.
PS. Speaking about Ubi Heroes games, your hatred towards them is pretty well known. If you despise them so much, why your avatar is Vampire lord from Heroes VI? It seems that are not all that bad.

Again, saying things like "[Insert game here] killed my family" is a moronic thing to do, not because it's oh so offensive but because one comes off as a crass tryhard with zero originality.

Zero originality isnt something the mods edit and "X game killed my family" is quite a dysfunctional metaphor.

Man.. topics like this are the reason I don't post here so often anymore.
So much unnescesary hate and negative atitude Why? One bad game? M&M is a large franchise of several geners so in how many games did Ubi suck again?
H V? Most of people here will say that in the end it was one of the best games in the lineup.
DM? Not an epic game but until this time it is rememberd for its combat system. And in EU it was well recieved.
CoH? Sure, anime-ish style is not for everybody, but it was a great, well recieved game. One of the best on its platfrom.
H VI? OK this one was bad.
DoC? A better more iteligent and regulary expanded game then its rivals. If Ubi had made a better promotion it would have lasted.
MaM X? Not a epic success but for what it was, it was a great game.
So.. Most of these games had technical difficulties and/or bad promotion but as games they were OK or even above avarage....
So how did Ubi mistreated the franchise again? They made games in it?
If you just don't like the art then go play WoW or whatever your eyes like.

On the practical side, we have a CoC. Then we have censored words. Rape is not censored and in this context it was not offensive.
If mods start to add their own rules, we will have soon unintelligible posts, like: I snowed her, but the snow didn't want to snowball my snowberry. Hopefully her snowbird snowbrushed my snowy snowbush, and finally we could snowier some snowflakes, out of any snowploughs.
Just sayin'.

It's the action that is being associated with another action and they are functionally analogous, when you talk about a killer movie, you are not talking about a subject that can commit murder, do you? Symbolism doesnt work that way. I'm sure you are aware of this on an intuitive level, when someone says "the company raped the merchandise" it is quite clear to anyone that rape means, they screwed it up harshly and on a level that caused great disapproval.

In other wrords The games were ok-ish. usually.
They had problems but also were made by Ubi
Sadly Ubi has a bad habit of not looking after it's "line-up" THis is not M&M only. Most brands under ubi suffer from this (AC, FC, Prince oP etc.)

Well I agree some people can be over-sensitive, but should mods ignore them ? Plus the word MISTREAT keeping caps lock ships good enough the message, imo.

We don't have an equivalent of that in my language, which I'm kinda glad for.
Overuse of certain words for the sake of being edgy only serve to desensitize, and in turn trivialize serious matters.
