now that you mention it, it is almost the exact same as that fan concept art down to the smaller details, even the unique headdress is a pretty perfect match lol
well if they have to copy someone else I'm glad this time they copied the fans at least and not Games Workshop or Blizzard lol

Voted 3. Spikes in this case doesn't bother me. I would vote 1, only because it's carrying a book.

I... honestly doubt anything that doesn't get voted for is going to appear. After all, they had to force these remakes into their schedule, they won't waste time making neutrals out of alternate concepts.
I hope the mummy will win, but while earlier it seemed it would, I'm actually starting to get worried undead sorcerer will win instead... Well, still better than the priest, I guess.

After way too much thinking about it, I'll go with the Mummy. When could they ever be reasonably included then the oldest point in the timeline we are ever going to get most likely.
The sorcerer would get my vote only if they swapped all those spikes for some charms, trinkets or amulets. The same could be said about the mummy but atleast those extra bones could turn out to be charms.
The Priest looks very much like the DM necromancers except thet these ones are obviously not alive anymore. This would get them extra points if they were at the reverse points of the timeline but sadly that is not the case.

THE WORST ... and I mean ABSOLUTE WORST thing about old Lich to me was the float, no legg part.
- Undead Sorcerer looks most similar than original Lich design.
- Priest looks most similar to H5 version. He has no staff. It's the worst of the 3
- Mummy is THE ONLY ONE which does not FLOAT !!! Yes I'll vote for Mummy.

unndead sorcerer- coolest look, perfect mix of skeleton, mage and mummy- 3 cool things in one!
And he resembles a bit pharaon- what is not only awesome but at the same time fits excellent Necro theme and also is just a great idea for an undead wizard king

As it was said before in these comments, our main reason for wanting a new Lich was to have it be Skeletal.
And now we do get our chance to have a skeletal Lich and still we are going to destroy the mummy by making it a Lich?
This is madness!!!

These would be one of the most badass-looking mummies in Ashan, or even in the franchise though.

I know, me too... But i'd much rather they were called Mummies and had the ability to cause curses and other harmful spells and Liches have area attack and be able to raise dead.
That's why it's a hard choice. Both of them are good...

"Some" wanted the Lich to be skeletal, I was always for the mummy, even my Wish-necro line-up had the lich replaced by a mummy and and the lich was moved to a hero status :-D.
But now to a more realistic point.
I personaly have a problem with the lower part of the Sourcerer's designe. Looks to much H6-lich-ish or a mix of the old lich and the ghost. I fear they might make him levitate, which I don't want. The Mummy has a nice grounded posture.

I can't decide which one to vote for. The Undead Sorcerer is a skeletal Lich, which is awesome, but the Ancient Mummy also looks really good. Hmmm...
