Wardens had avenger in older versions, but because of a hardcoded bug they cannot use avenger building, so it was removed.
It is not possible to affect scrolls with spell set to random.

Wasnt the problem that they were not starting with it ?
What are your plans about Imbue Ballista ? Is this the final version of it or you are thinking to change it in some way ?
I really don`t want to see it wasted like this because it have such a unique feeling but.. the choice is yours.

MAJOR UPDATE !!!
Version 5.52 (RC3) is released. Download
Uninstall RC2 before use, you can keep your old ARMG maps but ARMG can now make better ones from the same templates.
NEW FEATURES
-Large extension of the Advanced RMG, 3 new templates series, 14 new templates, RMG generates 2 different obelisk quests with new battlefields and boss battles. Various landscape and graphics enhancements.
-Optional Balanced Town/Dwelling Conversion gameplay. The new town conversion gameplay will be very competitive and not easy like H6, Check Separate thread!
(It is recommended to switch off this function if you want to play campaigns/single player scenario's, it is mainly intended for RMG/Multiplayer maps and scenario's specifically balanced for it.)
-Large Update of HDTex pack with various enhancements. Big thanks to xuxo for many textures/resource models and new unique artifact container!
-New Rage Button for providing rage level info in combat screen.
-Balanced Knowledge primary Skill (Issue since HOMM1), Knowledge will affect the effectiveness of many artifacts in the game (Strength of Resurrections/Amount of Reinforcements/Amounts of Resources). Current solution fits well in the lore of Ashan since knowledge was already connected to the use of artifacts (Academy).
-Reorganized necromancy and necro-leadership to solve current discontent from the players with those skills. (screenshots were shown)
-Improved Retribution,Know Your Enemy,Nature Wrath,Secrets of Destruction,Plague Tent.
-Removed blackscreen from hotseat.
-Fixed most reported bugs.
MOVED SCREENSHOTS:
Additional Shantiri Disc and obelisk quests for RMG maps, (does not affect eye of magi objects on regular maps, this object could not be used by RMG in regular way). Note: The RMG generates these quest regardless of using editor/utility, the old option should not be used. On small maps the reward is automatically scaled down (to minor artifact if needed). See ARMG manual for more info.
Message if usage of town management skill fails:

You could remove the reference PRT 0.3 please? People may think that this is my version. and of course it is not. I'm thinking of creating my own version of their mod, eliminating everything that I do not like ..... . Do not use my (altered) work in future versions, thanks.

I played a little with Reshade effects and this is what I got:
more screenshots
PS:
If you like it you should unpack this file and copy its contents into %heroes5% /bin folder
bin.7z
PS2:
Switch Anti-aliasing Off in the game video options, cause this script already has its own.

Sorry for confusion, I actually tried to explain that it was not, but I will remove it if you think that works better.

@Belisarius:
I recently reverted most reshade settings back to the default settings from the authors of this mod and got much better image quality and performance (a little better then yours IMO). I think the sunlight is less realistic with these settings and the sharpening is excessive, I don't know any modern professional game with this amount of sharpening, I think it looks better at around 50%.
Nonetheless there were these weird borders around the UI objects? How did you remove those?

I think you are referring to this tread when speaking about a "mod":
http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=41860
I cant say that it is actually a mod. Basically they are using a universal tool (program) called "Mediator" from http://reshade.me and applying some of it's post-processing effects to the game. Same thing that I did.
-- The ReShade Framework combines ReShade with a framework to easily manage wide range of effects, from color correction to ambient occlusion and beyond. It is maintained by crosire (ReShade developer), Lucifer Hawk (GemFX developer), CeeJay.dk (SweetFX developer), Marty McFly (MasterEffect/McFX developer), Ioxa and JPulowski. --
You can download this tool from that page, and modify any setting using sliders from its GUI. After that apply them and Push those settings to any application (game) you want.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPvt-XAFVbo
(There are other tools like this for example GeDoSaTo etc.)
In the case of previously mentioned thread, they are using these effects from Mediator (Reshade): AMBIENTOCCLUSION, ADAPTIVESHARPEN and SMAA. First is shades, then second is sharpen and third is anti aliasing.
Ambient Occlusion has four types: SSAO, Raymarch AO, HBAO and SSGI. Those are all different ways of adding shadows (shadows that in fact do not exist physically) to the game's world...
So depending on what and how you are using from Ambient Occlusion, depends what happens (how shadows are added) to everything on game-view including the UI. If you are going to be kind enough to post the folder (files) that you created by Mediator, or changed values in config files, I will be more than glad to help (if I can, sure). This file to be exact: McFX.cfg
As for sharpening effect, well, I played a little with the settings of Reshade and came up with something that is not that much demanding as of "original creators of this mod" ( ) but still, at least for me, kinda looks good. Although you maybe right that it has too much sharpening effect, it somehow reminds me of how h6 and h7 looks.

No that was not what i was talking about at all, I think this one is worse than yours, it is far from optimized and the shadows are way off. (peasants in black pants)
I was talking about the recommended default settings from reshade me website. I want the game to look like H6, but H6 is not sharpened that much (I think you need around 50%), and you need much better sunlight! This screenshot is as close as I could get:
But there is still an issue with the alpha channels behind the UI background textures (for some reason you fixed that in your upload).
You have to look very carefully in the screenshot to see it.

All of the settings that I used can be seen in config files. When I tried to avoid this issue with UI, I noticed that those issues are connected with settings from Ambient Occlusion. They are in McFX.cfg.
my old settings but with with 50% sharpening: reshade folder in /bin
Please send setting you are working with, cause I cant reproduce them.

Ok here is my current reshade folder, I think you're right its in ambient occlusion, but I don't know which setting is the culprit:
