@tossdeal: i never kicked you out. I simply asked you to get in line or stay out of it. There are trials to become a regular poster in tossers tavern. I even quoted them for you. You decided to ignore them. If you wanna be a regular part of TT then you gotta be a tosser. If you had accepted that and taken the trials we wouldnt have had this conversation now.

i dont even think ive spoken to you, only thing that strikes me is that you must be a n00b since you got false ideas about me hehe.
As for the only essential in your post that you wrote about me. I have gotten 2 penalties in over 3000 posts. Both by the same person, who just happend to be the very same person that wanted me banned. First penalty the only motivation i got was that the other side in the discussion had recieved penalties too so obviously i must have one aswell... problem was they couldnt point out anything that would have breached the CoC.
Other penalty i got because i called the mod that gave me my penalties reasoning "stupid".
And when i brought it up all of it got deleted by another moderator...
So if you ask me i should have 0 penalties. So no, i wouldnt say i easily lose my temper and break the CoC 
As for being ontopic, the thread in question doesnt earn a funny rating because you dont like me. It needs to be something new and innovative. And off course..funny

Those trials were BS, they just wanted you to be a snow. They werent good at all, thats why i chose to ignore them, and the fact that you have trials to stay a place is gay aswell, thats like all mods say "The only way you could write a reply in Tavern of the Rising sun, is if u were from Vietnam, and be named Roy!" .. It's all a joke.

First of all, I have no clue what you are talking about. However this is obviously meant to discredit me and make me look bad, hence an insult. Not of the classic variety, but of the slanderous variety and I will be enforcing them all the same.
You have also done the same thing to other members as well calling wannabe's and calling them boring. This also undermines their persona. You have insulted the members of the Down Town Tavern. If they find their posts to be funny, then it is funny. Simply because you among other regular posters in Tossers Tavern think that your thread is funnier then theirs is fine. You are entitled to your opinion. However trying to oppress, or downplay their enjoyment, because you don’t find it funny is not okay.

@RSF: talking about "jokes"...
i saw that someone had changed the rating on tossers tavern too "chit chat" and made the other taverns rating "funny".
Then judging by your very own words that would be to insult the posters in tossers tavern.
Personally i wouldnt make a big deal out of it. I toss and i get tossed. And im sure some people found that toss funny even though i wasnt one of them.

off course i can... tossdeal even said it with his own words that i was the reason for him to leave.
And if you check for example thread "cash or experience" youll see that he does toss my "jokes".. just as he does here. And if you draw the line there for me RSF, then same should apply for everyone else as tossing my jokes is "undermining someones persona" aswell.

@tossdeal: If you concider those trials to be "gay" then thats up to you.
But if you think that is the only thread who has certain criterias to post you better learn this place better before you jump the gun.
As for this discussion as a whole... i have put up IMO valid arguments why the other tavern not should get a funny rating.
please respond to those instead of trying to looking for every little word i say looking for a possible insult.
It gets kinda boring that way, afterall a message board is a place too share thoughts/opinions and laughs at. So when it has reached the point when you gotta be careful about using the word "n00b" or "wannabe" this is going in the wrong direction IMO.
Then you might aswell look every post up for "insults".

hmmm tossdeal, you seem to have missed the point again hehe
Most of that previous post were sarcasms. Point is i dont whine when i get tossed. I do toss others so im prepared to take some aswell. Thats a part of it.
Problem is when it seems like its always my posts that are under the microscope.
I like and support the fact that RSF wants to improve tavern.
But then i dont think start warning people for the use of words like "n00b" or "wannabe" is the way to go.
Which was another point with my post, because if you start giving warnings/penalties to posts like that you will soon enough have no posts to give warnings or penalties too.
The best thing you got when being in a leader position is your judgement.
And if you start warn or giving penalties to one person making these posts you better do it to everyone.
Then you can ask yourself how this msg board would look if even words like that were forbidden. All that would exist is spam because they usually dont contain enough words to have a longer sentence in em

Is starting to get kinda obvious that you are a n00b here tossdeal, there were a discussion just recently in which i got a warning and it was similiar to this except that it was even more obvious that the "insults" were against me then.
So i can back it up.
And i have still no problem with getting tossed, by you or anyone else. But its different when a moderator interferce because if he does he should do it in a fair manner. Not against one part only.
And ive pointed it out in this thread as i did in the other one that i have valid proof for what i say.
And i have no idea what you are trying to accomplish with this RSF but if you keep this up just warning me or the side im in in a discussion its starting to become rather ridicioulus. I hoped you learned your lesson from the other thread which contained insults all over the place. Please show me and the rest of the community that you have.

And i dont toss, i do not insult, i just say what i mean, and i think a person is a narrowminded goat thats full of bs, i'll say that, without it having to be an insult(might not make any sense, but ... thats just the way the cookie crumbles) So get of RSF's back, litteraly .. The ONLY thing you do is drink, wear thongs, and insult, i don't see all the fun in that.

im not here to cause u any trouble, and as this place is getting "political correct" and therefore ive to think twice or more what i can say not to get "punished" by you, or "warned" or even "penalized" for some harmless jokes or some little tossing, i promise u to leave your part of the forum (at least this stupid discussion).
Shailulu asked for a "funny" rating. Its his opininion.
I answered to that in my way that it should be rated as "boring". Thats my opininion, cause i think this thread is plane boring spam.
In my posts are NO personal insults. Not a single one. So no CoC, no political correctness or something like that was broken.
Im sorry if someone feels personally insulted, when i dont share his opininion. Well this dude should learn to live with the fact that not all people of the world share his opninion, and that this is not automatically insulting him.
Ok..maybe trying to make it funnier, or to make little fun out of it, may hurts his feelings and his heart begins to bleed, BUT maybe one day he gets adult enough to take it like a men or somethin`.
For those who cant read a thread correctly, i will bring it down to one line:
The thread shouldnt get a "funny" rating, because in my opininion its simply plain boring
Maybe someone can open my eyes, which post in the thread is ment as funny and not as "we spam to get as much post as TT has". Maybe...and only maybe someone can convince me, if i see some funny parts of it. Then i will apologize to EVERYONE who felt this little stitch in their heart, cause he felt insulted.

Sir_Stiven I thought you were directing that accusation towards myself, not towards TheRealDeal. This changes things. Although I still don't like how there is downplay towards other members. Like I said it's okay to have fun and make jokes, just don't do it at the expense of others.

We live in the world of people who think wanting peace is a good enough excuse to be unpeaceful to their enemy. A world of people who are convinced that their anger will somehow cause peace. The truth is that only peace may cause peace. If you want peace in your life, lead by an example. Be the source of peace, giving others the space to do what you do. If you want to eliminate anger, you must start by eliminating it within yourself, only then can you show others the way. Remember, negativity to another is anger, whatever words you call it, however you justify it.
Angry people want to prove something. They want you to agree. If you disagree, they will become more angry, trying harder to get your attention and agreement. Your journey to peace can start here at Heroes Community. Next time you see anger, relinquish it within yourself.
In this case it was a minor breech of COC imo, but in the future, please do not fight back as this only worsens the problem.
All I ask is that the both of you accept the fact that you two do not have the same taste in humor.

Now if he wants to come here and complain about being kicked out of TT who cares, just dont reply coz your gonna get all worked up and say something thats going to get you a penelty eventually. Sox dont need to be like that in TT tho we all know what the Tavern is & people that join tuhe TT knows what it is.
Yea Stiven got tossed bad before shoot I got tossed alot recently but i back my stuff up.
Deal & Ruby it's like tough love, Back it up man dont cry to Sox about it.
Not that hard to toss a Stephanette who will remain nameless as a tosser .
It's fun guys try to back it up & take it & you wont get tossed as much it's like a oh my gosh I cant think of the word LOL.
Basically new people that join has to face tests to see if they can handle tosses & back it up lol.
For fun no one hates you or RUby or her friend.

A few comments on that:
1: i didn't run to mister Sox, a friend told me that there my thread was mentioned here, so i had a peek, and i just got into the discussion, if you noticed i also said that "I dont care if you give us the funny thing" Because we'll have our fun either way.
And about you're little trials, i don't want to disagree with a MOD just to get in Tossers Tavern, and i already have disagreed about races against a MOD in some old thread, if that makes you all golly and joyfull.

Everyone needs to take it down a couple of notches.
Most of this entire dispute is based on misunderstanding and people going about things in the wrong way. In the VERY FIRST place there is NO WAY a complaint should have been made just because the "Down Town Tavern" didn't have the same thread rating as the "Tosser's Tavern". Thread ratings are given by mods and experienced members, as they see fit. It's not a "see how much you can beg for a prize" issue. The proper way to go about getting a particular thread rating would be to either 1) make it funny and wait for someone to rate it OR 2) maybe, maybe, IM someone that has the ability to rate threads (Mod or Star Member) and say something like "Have you read ... I think it's become a really funny thread. Would you please read through it and if you agree with me, rate it please?" Make it a request, not a demand or a complaint.
If the situation had been handled that way, from the beginning, then none of the rest of this would even be here. No room for one group to toss the other, because they wouldn't know about it. NO trying to publicly pressure a Mod into making a rating that they may or may not agree with. In other words, no problems.
