I've edited the first post to include the following.
I thought I would clarify another purpose of this thread. This thread is a good opportunity to police yourselves a little bit. I'm not saying to be a taddle-tale, but people in general don't want to see spam and insults everywhere, so if you see anything you don't like or think is bad for this community then post it here. I strongly encourage this and am definately willing to give out QP's to members who help with this consistantly. I feel that the members here would care enough about HC to try to make it a better place.
If you don't feel comfortable posting it here for all to see, then just send the mods an IM.
(Send it to me if you like QP's )

feedback
Here is my feedback/complaint.
Redsoxfan3 sux as a mod. He keeps deleting/censoring all of my posts that he does not like, be it on topic or off topic. I do admit that I have no right to object the deleting/censoring some of my posts. However, I do protest that a mod reserves the right to delete every post he wishes, simply because he does not like the poster or what he reads.

I'm not just fulling you full of crap when I say this, but I am interested in your opinion, however I would rather that you tell ways to improve as well instead of simply protesting. This will be more effective for me to serve you better as a moderator.

I suggest you making few more poster of the months. As I am a member of the Tavern, I suggest you awarding two posters who post funny posts and one who had posted the most.

having made the most posts doesnt necessarily make you a spammer.
Though i understand that one person here has a bad spamming nature and im yet to understand why this hasnt been penalitized.
Some times the warnings can lose its power when they are handed out over and over and the setting example isnt made.

I've got...well..an idea for a thread and I'd like everyone's opinion...I was thinking about a post for a HC club to support all of the hard work that our Mods have done over the many days, weeks, months, heck even years! A club where ppl can post ideas on how to help the Mods instead of constantly complaining or whining about things. Maybe we could start rewarding the Mods for what they do? What do you all think?

I think you misunderstood my point. I protest that "a mod reserves the right to delete whatever he wants". It is not directed on your persona. I do not deny that I am not a big fan of you. But, my protest is not directed towards you only. What I protest is the notion, not you.
Secondly, I was not in a state of protest until you started censoring my opinions (I exclude the toss and the off-topic posts), whereas you, in some cases, ignored/let spam live. I started to protest after that. Please do not try make some false impressions by saying "instead of simply protesting.".
You wanted opinions, I gave you mine. You did not like it, and deleted it. And now I am not happy with that. That's it.
If you think that - or are trying to show that - I protest you because of personal reasons, believe me, I would have done that on the very second you were made a mod.
edit: gees, ý had never seen so much type-os and bad grammar/English in a single post

Yeah! Those mods work hard, and half the time they get complained at (see above posts). Geez, give them some respect!

And I've got another idea. Why don't we start a thread and we all start sucking up some mod arse? The one who sucks most arse gets a +qp. How about that?

First off, I'm not trying to "suck up" as you believe. But trying to give an example that the Mods don't recieve much credit from the members that they have to put up with. I know that some members feel that they are disliked by the Mods and that the Mods seemingly "pick" on them. They are only doing their job and if you happen to be breaking rules its no ones fault but your own! I'm just bringing this idea up for the members who like what the Mod Squad has done for us over the years. Lith-Maethor and Sapphire Raven both worked very hard on the Bards Glayde and all the Mods do their best to keep this community a friendly place for everyone. They show appreciation for the ppl who try to benefit the community and I feel that it's time to start showing some appreciation in our own way. Here's to ya Mods!

I think RSF has worked the most on the Glade. I've only seen about 2 posts from the other MODs in the Glade.

lol
what a toss.
Do you actually believe in all that BS yourself?
newsflash: your "supermods" here are humans aswell, they as everyone else makes mistakes so trying to make em some super characters that never are wrong is just comical.
Point is the "rules" at this place seems to be very relative depending on who they affect. Ive seen a moderator here edit posts which have contained 95% insults for a person they have close.. ive seen the same moderator edit posts for his friends which broke the CoC here over and over.
But..ive also seen this moderator giving out penalties for censoring a word wrong to members he doesnt like just to name an example.
So you take your "you got yourself to blame" BS somewhere else where people might just listen to you. We dont critise and questionize the mods here for the fun out of it, we make it because we believe they have made a wrong decision or is acting in an non objective way and is basically unfair.

Of course nobody is perfect, as for what the Mods do having some favorites, it IS unfair. I'm just trying to get ppl to appreciate some of the things they do is all. I'm sure that if you were a Mod you wouldn't be having favorites you'd like more than other ppl. Or ppl u dislike that u'd jump on at every given chance. Right Stiven? I'm not perfect, I can admit that, but don't the mods get a little credit for anything?

As everyone else i would have favourite posters too just as i have now. But there is a big difference between having favourites and being unfair. And its the unfair part many of us doesnt like, for all i care all the mods can worship dingo all they want at home.. just as long as they dont do it here

I can only speak for myself and i give the mods as any other member credit when i believe they have done something good.
And i already figured out your not perfect with that suck up attitude of yours

Oh, stop it, Stiven. You couldn't be a mod ifyou tried. There are two ends of the scale. On one end is sucking up, and at the other is rebellion. Neither is good, and it is best to be in the middle. You seem to be far off to the rebellious side, and Gorman is not fawning on the mods or anything like that. He is simply stating that the work the mods do is hard, and they should get some credit. You are too imbalanced, and you refuse to listen to any views but your own. Stop being so extremist and get back in the middle while you still can.
