Okie Ive made a Ruins of Alph raid cause unown seemed the most reasonable ev giver here and :
Parasect grew to level 34 :
Attack +11 
So the maximum gap is 63 points for each stat or total ?

Here you will be able to see where to meet the different pokemon in the different games, also most other stats and stuff too.
Programs like YAPE can open a rom and check pretty much all aspects of a pokemon, be it EV, stats, moves, etc..

Thanks wog, but, Im getting more and more confused.
For example Ive just caught a heracross - lvl 2. I infected him with pokerus. Im trying to make him a heavy Counter tanker so Im planning to defeat lots of Geodudes, Gravalers etc. So to speak :
1 Graveler defeated - 1x2 defense EV's x 2(pokerus) make 4 - so +1 point to defense when leveling up to level 3 yes ?

 *checks* I think it's factored in so that it's +1 point per four EVs at level 100. (Probably so you can't just dump vitamins on a new hatchie and pump its stats up to four times their starting point right off the bat.  )
Edit:
I'm curious. Are there any other set-damage moves besides Dragon Rage and Sonic Boom?

Ive heard that Steven trades you a Beldum after taking a ride over Reds head but wanted to smack his Pikachu with Meteor Mash meh.
Im thinking about creating Ludicolo with Leech Seed, Rain Dance, Toxic and Protect along with his Rain Dish ability. Whatcha think ?

Red was easy, only Snorlax was troublesome :/ Had no fighting moves, but I got him
Oh and that Ludicolo sounds already, but remember protect only work every second round? so after 3 rounds, you have to use protect all the time really

Maybe Hydro Pump instead of Protect would be better-to put an extra pressure on opponent.
Red is still far ahead of me since Im more focused on catching now. My strongest mons are only Tyranitar, Dragonite, Feraligatr (is pretty pathetic) Steelix and blabla.
And just found Root Fossil in cliff cave totally by accident

I say remove Leech seed for Hydro Pump
Oh and some new pictures of the B&W Starters have emerged, new evoultions - go and see them, these are still not offical, but they look okay

I hope they aren't final. The starters seem to get less and less dangerous looking as the generations progress.
The piggy looks decent, but I'm not a great fan of the fact that it goes bipedal. Also it looks a bit like a sumo and I was hoping for not a third Fire/Fighting.
The otter's second looks hardly an upgrade and the final is plain weird, but the right kind of weird if possible. It looks like the mule-child of an otter and a narwhal, but I'm not hazzarding a guess at its type.
The snake looks wussy. Even Meganium looked tougher and that's saying something.
But We'll wait and see. You've shown fakes before and these might be as well.

Damn you all! I didnt want to see them until on my own DS screen >:<
Anyway if its final then oh gosh... Im putting my starter into box as soon as I find the nearest poke center.
EDIT : After looking at them more closely I think it must be fake. They just dont have 'this' specific thing.

I recommend the Battle Hall to start out with. Though I haven't done the others in Gen IV at all yet, so there might be one that's easier.
