Man, you guys really are paranoid.
As I said in the comments the article focuses on the new creatures, or the ones about which there was confusion (Green Dragons as walkers for instance).
We didn't feel we had to explain to Heroes fans what's an Elven Archer, a Druid or a Unicorn...
As for "forcing" the vote, personally I would rather see Strength win than Fury (yes, I actually want to have Unicorns in Sylvan) so no, we're not forcing anything... We'll live with whatever the end result is.

Yeah, especially if the quantity of votes are very low, it makes it easier for someone to cheat and vote many times using different user names...4,000 votes would be difficult, a couple 100 easy....

Quote: It's interesting how Cleglaw fails to understand that if people were hacking votes in favor of Fury, both Strength and Balance would have dropped percentages. Instead of that we've seen only Strength dropping, while Balance maintained a percent of 36%. And now it's at 39%.
Takes you a lot of nerve to make such false accusations.
Wow, someone besides me actually said this. I don't see what's so hard to comprehend this argument.
But in reality it's not that, is it? It's that auto-victimization wins votes, right? Great electoral strategy. These balance voters with 40% dare accuse us of cheating when they're leading the vote. What? It happened too fast? So what about it? No one said ANYTHING when Strength took the lead, did they? Or are you intentionally ignorant of that fact too?
You wanna know what happened? PEOPLE CHANGED THEIR MIND! That's why Balanced stayed at 36% all along while that changed happened. If only Fury was receiving votes because of hacking, both Strength and Balance would have dropped simultaneously in percentages! It fits the facts better, and it's a ton more reasonable!
So your accusing of Fury voters is nothing more than a campaign for votes based on trickery! You lost a lot of face here. Facts speak better than your lies.

As I said before there's a music track that Rob & Paul composed for the Dwarves, named Tinkering with the Dwarves, and it will definitely be used somewhere in the game, just not as the Fortress theme since Fortress wasn't voted.
Sorry I missed that. It thought other theme would be used for dwarves, one that is not named after dwarves.

To be honest I liked the first poll, but not this one. Its just too dividing. As it stands right now whatever line up wins 2/3(most) of the players going to be unhappy about it! I feel it would be best to leave the line up to proffesionals. And also, some of the desicions desicions baffle me.. Treant is preset in every proposed lineup but Unicorn is in only one?? Why?
Ok, so for me, there are two ways to go about this vote. From a position of long time heroes fan, its great to see Phoenix back with the elves, as in Heroes 3 Rampart or Heroes 2 Sorceress. But from a position of a Heroes 5-6 player, and in regards with Ashan lore, the most fitting line up would be the Strength. It has Dryads, workinf in symbiosis with mighty Treants, Druids, Unicorns and Dragons. Lovely lineup. The Balance is a fall back choice for me.. The absolute worst for me is the Fury. Dryads and Pixies together? Meaely blade dancers instead of Emerald knights? Seriously, the only somewhat good about this lineup is the Sun Deer. Nice concept but not enough to save Fury in my eyes.
So please, vote for the Strength! See, it is the real Elven lineup, Elves are not supposed to be aggressive like their Dark brothers, they suppose to stay back in their safe forests and hold enemies at bay whilst destroying them with arrows and spells. In Ashan, phoenix belongs with the Wizards, as they do in Clash of Heroes.
Strength has it all in my opinion, although I would miss Sprites

"Elven Cavalry is mostly light cavalry, again designed for speed and maneuverability over shock power. Only the elite Unicorn Riders - the closest the Elves come to the knights of the Holy Empire - will use large shields and lances to drive their point home."
Can we just PLEASE say that Emerald Knights will ride Unicorns? Then Earth's Perfect Balance takes the gold, we have the most awesome Sylvan lineup, being a combination of Heroes I/II and III/V lineups and I can just sit back and relax, knowing that there will be at least one faction I will like to play with .
+1000
Perfect idea is there, they should just take it and bring it to life. It isn't that hard, really.

Strength isn't winning anymore so it's obviously got to be hacking. It's what I've voted for so it's the only option and anyone who disagrees has to be wrong!
But seriously vote Strength cause I really like it

It does begg the question where all these Fury voters are coming from? Are they fans who don't subscribe to the fan-fora? Is it realy due to cheating?(I never put much faith in that rumour, even though I still think it should be investigated.)
Or they are people like me who just didn't feel the need to explain their vote.

Unless balance also increased at the same time? For all you know, the current difference between strength and balance could be that the latter got more new voters rather than people switching. I am not making any accusations but according to math this is a possibility.

It is just as possible that people are cheating in favor of the balance line up. At any rate this discussion is useless. How are we going to know who's cheating, and how are we going to stop them?

Exactly, we can never know without an official response But much as info services' post might have been questionable, he had a good point. How can you tell if the post from an ip is made from a public pc or from a personal one? It could be a pc where someone is making multiple accounts or it could be a pc where multiple people have access to..

Well if Ubisoft doesn't investigate this, we'll never know indeed.
But if it is found out true, an equal ammount of votes to the ones cheated should either be dretracted or given to both other options to nullify them.
But this all hinges on it being investigated by the owners of the site and it actually being possible to be found out.

there should be option to vote only once, so people will choose more wisely and will take time to make their decision
rather then jumping from one option to another
