That's not a fetus at legal abortion stage but a developed baby. A fetus at abortion stage doesn't even have a developed nerve system put aside a face.

Yes, they are smaller and more purplish, they also remove them with the whole placenta and they may still move (not for long though, until they run out of air) if you touch the fluid sack. Also they do have a face, but also got a bigger head because they are still at an earlier stage. True, you also got to take in consideration at which week is the baby aborted, but if you don't believe me here's a video(NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED)

If it was a natural miscarriage (no fault on the woman's part) then she'll be acquitted, if it was an accident or unintentional side effect of the woman's actions then life imprisonment. If she intended it and carried it out then capital punishment, a life for a life.

Now on a serious note, yes sometimes abortion is the better option, if the pregnancy threatens mother's life, or if it's caused by rape, or if the material situation is rather tough, it's better than giving birth to unwanted children and abandoning them. But you can simply prevent pregnancy, by just using protection and it's costing like what? $0.50 a piece? I certainly can't feel bad for stupid people and clueless teens that now "need" abortion because they couldn't be arsed to use some condoms.
