The CMD box goes through all the stuff you guys implemented for the game. I then typed 'resolution' in the CMD box and it gave me the options for it. I selected the appropriate number for the resolution I wanted.(This took me a while to figure out.)
After I selected a map, the game went into proper resolution. Okay, I said, this is great! I saw tht WoG Options doesn't click, and I remembered WoG has'nt been implemented yet. In apre made map, I randomly picked a Wizard and decided to fight some nearby Golems. Right away I could see that I could'nt cast a spell with my mouse cursor over the wizard which I normally do by right clicking on the Hero. Okay, I'll cast a spell with the spell casting button in the lower right then. I cast arrow on one of the Golems and as soon as it hit the Golem, it froze just as one of my Gremlins was moving.
That's what I encountered as far as problems go.
May I suggest that sometime before the final release that you are allowed to choose your resolution options from the WoG Options menu? Along with WoG Options you can choose a screen resolution from there as well. That's a suggestion for later on though, since it's still a work in progress.
That's all I can come up with so far for my short time playing with VCMI.

I see you are not likely to share this information. But if you decide to do so, use bugtracker.
Seriously, most of console messages come from missing files or improper installation.

Despite many requests, no one have designed such menu yet. We need projects, not wishes. But creating yet another menu shouldn't be a problem.

I'm really happy that H3 isn't dead and is still improving.
The key questions about VCMI (i.e. if all answered YES, then I'm interested in VCMI and will be a lifetime fan of it, otherwise I'm satisfied with WoG):
1. Will there be more than 8 secondary skills?
(WoG has it, but it could be better implemented, because opening 3 windows just to see all of your secondary skills is a bit weird)
I'm a super-hero fan, so I like to have ALL secondary skills (maybe with some exceptions, like Necromancy should be available only to Necropolis heroes, etc.).
2. Will Commanders be able to learn ALL 6 basic skills (not just 4) and ALL 15 extra skills (not just 6)?
(there is an option in WoG to be able to learn everything with Commander, but you can't see those 15 extra skills (only 6), even if you learned them all and you never know which of them you've learned, unless you wrote down them when you've got them - really sad thing)
3. Will there be Henchmen?
(it is in WoG, but why AI heroes always had random henchmen?)
4. Will stacks be getting experience?
(it is in WoG, excellent work here - actually this is so important that you MUST play WoG if you want to play H3)
5. Will there be an option to make map very difficult to play (almost impossible on "impossible" level of difficulty) in the end of any map?
(this is one of the biggest problems in HoMM game, in any version, even in WoG)
- the most difficult (and the most interesting) part of the game is only the first 20% of map, after 50% of map the game becomes too easy and very boring (I've finished only 70% of maps, because I was too lazy to play the boring end).

I don't think you understand what VCMI exactly is. It alows or will allow pretty much any modification of game, as there should be no noticeable engine limits. All of what you mentioned are optional modifications, easy to implement now or later.

Stack experience is said to be on its way, it should come in one of 0.8x releses. Of course it will optional, but the support from game engine is ready.

And what exactly do you mean by that? Options are many, but you've got to decide something in the end. As I already stated, we need projects, not wishes.

Bonus system already allows negative luck values, but it won't do anything in basic version. You will be able to do some simple scripting in the future. Alternatively it can be hardcoded, but original game mechanics have priotity now.

Once again: my compliments to the VCMI Team! It gets better and better with every release! i haven't found any bugs that haven't been reported but if i find something i will report it.
IMO you guys are the future of Heroes. once the original game is remade it is just a small step to make a creature add mechanism and all the new units can be added in a few mouseclicks also the New Forge town can be added as a seperate town instead of a Fortress replacement.
this is just future talk, but every release makes this future a little bit closer!

Known bug. Your paranoid firewall doesn't allow VCMI client to access server.
VCMI is based on client-server architecture for a very long time.

Thanks, A very promising project. I'm especially interested in innovations to the combat mode like the ATB bar. I would also like to see quick combat calculations closer to the real combat result (similar to H5 would already be great). The 'mediocre' combat mode from HOMM3 is the only reason I'm no longer playing it.
I was curious if VCMI had replaced the terrible ingame mp3 decoder from HOMM3, however I noticed music isn't implemented yet. Are there any such plans for the future releases?
